    I have been using Euro Car Parts for about 10 years now it has very good priced parts but I cant say I have ever bought anything thats been the correct part first time. (usualy buy clutches, brake disks, pads, exhaust and servicing items) Anyway I came across this website after searching to see if anyone else had bad customer service as today was the final straw for me. Last year i recommended Euro Car Parts to a friend who had a Mazda RX8 she needed front and rear disks and pads.     I posted an opinion about my Porsche 924 earlier and I mentioned Eurocarparts, so I thought it only fitting to add a review of them. I first encountered Eurocarparts almost a year ago when I started looking at buying a Porsche and someone pointed me in their direction to see what spare parts prices would be like. They company caters (as the name implies) purely for European car manufacturers, to be more precise the following makes are currently covered - Audi, BMW, Citroen, Mercedes, Peugeot, Porsche, Renault, Saab, Volvo and VW.     Been using Euro car parts now for around six years. Started using because of the shocking prices VW were quoting me and have since used them for BMW, Renault and Porsche. On every occasion so far they have under cut main dealer prices usually by around a half. Nine times out of ten they have had the part i needed on the shelf and on occasions that they did not they have managed to get one in within a couple of days.     (online site) Great Prices on replacement parts but volvo dealer cheeper for genuine. Absolute pathetic customer services ! A ridiculous joke - 16 phone calls to fix a problem. Not including the numerous times they pick up the phone and hang-up before you can say a word !Still waiting for a managert to phone me back !!!!! even though told he would phone within 10 minutes ( told that 5 times! ) Apprently this company employs a from all ethnic backgrounds except english speakers and those with manners.     I would recommend this company one hundred percent, not only do they carry vast stocks of spares and accessories for most makes of European cars and some vans but their prices are well below normal dealers and their service both over the net or on the phone could not be more helpful. Having used this company for some considerable time I have found them to be most reliable and in most cases they can deliver their products by the next working day thus saving on down time and the cost of having your vehicle off the road for several days, as I have had happen to me in the past, even with main ... more

    Euro car parts pass on your details to third parties... I'm disgusted, fair enough they have competitive prices but I just lost all trust in them. I recently prebooked items for collection on their website and I got a phone call to say my order was ready. Since that day onwards I've been getting non stop sales messages for payday loans etc... and the idiot keeps texting from a new number all the time... I'M PIIIISSSSSED... I know I didn't give anyone my number before and I put my mobile number anywhere online. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who's had this problem with Euro car parts so ... more

    Ordered few parts from Eurocarparts.com. I got an email about they received the order and I should call them and conform the sending and pay for delivery. I did that. Then days went by and no parts showed up. After one week I did not receive any parts, I spoke to a represantative on their chat and she said that the parts were sent by DHL. Then few days later I asked on same chat for the tracking nr. for the sending, but then the represantative admitted they did not send the parts yet.     As well as having the website, Eurocarparts have walk in trade counters dotted around the country - it is with these that I have the most experience. Yes, they stock a large variety of parts at a good price. The trouble is actually being able to buy them. If you go in to their shop expect to wait. There are usually very few people serving and they can take a while to find the items you need. Then, when they have found the item its sometimes wrong despite having looked up the part number on their system using your car's registration. (This has happened to me on 3 separate occasions this year) ... more

    So many web sites claim to have stock, but when it comes down to it for me when I needed an Air Con Compressor for my Mercedes C200! Only these guys actually had one.. The website is real easy to use.. You just stick your car reg number and press search. A complete list of all the parts they have available for my car come straight up. My local garage said he could get one for me at £245, which to be fair was £42 less than Mercedes... eurocarparts.com done me a genuine Denso unit for just £166... Could not believe my luck, in stock, great price, next day delivery... One happy customer.. Only ... more

    This company advertise big promises, such as a one year guarantee on there TURBOS. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. I bought one which with all the ancillaries cost over £300. I bought this turbo as it was advertised as warranted for 1 year. I had the turbo fitted by a competent and proper mechanic, not a friend but by a trusted and proper mechanic. After 5 months the turbo went wrong so I had it removed and the turbo was 'smashed to bits'. When I contacted euro parts for a replacement they said the turbo would have to be sent back to the manufacturers to see if the turbo was faulty and if it was i would ... more
