    Advantages Advantages Cheaper fragrances on high street, good service

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Getting ex-testers, although this isn't a major problem unless it is for a gift and tester is non-removable from the bottle

    What is it about fragrances? We all like to smell nice and the manufacturers know it. There are an unbelievable number of perfumes and aftershaves on the market with prices varying wildly. You can pay as little as £5 for a lower end non-branded fragrance, or if like me, you are a bit of a fashion victim and prefer something with a branded name that you can recognise, you can pay up to £50 per bottle. Sorry to sound tight fisted but I can’t bring myself to part with £50 for a bottle of liquid that you spray on you - its nothing more than an air freshener! However these expensive ... more

    As ever, in my quest for a bargain and wanting some decent "desginer" aftershave, I happened upon fragrancedirect.co.uk. Browsing their site was easy and the prices looked good. After looking at their special offers and their top ten list, I found the fragrance I was after (Hugo by Hugo Boss). This fragrance appeared in their special offers section (150ml) and in their top ten (100ml). I thought I'd go for the 150ml version but the site told me it was out of stock.     I am so pleased to have found this great online retailer as i cannot praise Fragrance Direct highly enough. I have purchased a few items from them (considerably cheaper than the high street i may add) and they are always of the highest quality and very well packaged. The orders are always dealt with very promptly and professionally, also they keep you very well informed on every step of the order process. The prices are amazing for such good quality brand goods and the delivery is the fastest i've ever known. I always choose the standard delivery and yet i still get my goods in 1/2 days ... more
