Used Gadget Asia back in January 2008 to purchase a Nintendo DS Lite for one of my daughters. The bundle included 20 games for £145.00. We decided against the fast delivery option as reviews on the web suggested these would arrive with a bill from customs. The unit arrived OK within about 7-10 days and most of the games work fine. I ordered on the 11th December and receved my DS with 20 games on the 18th. How anyone could expect games that would retail separately for £400 for £40 could be anything other than one disc is beyond me. If Customs do catch you for the £24.75, which you have to pay via Fedex, it is still better value than anything in the UK. There was some issues with the carrier which was not down to Gadget Asia at all I had to contact Gadget Asia to get this resolved and every email was answered within 24hrs (obviously a big time difference from UK to Hong Kong). ...of the maximum delivery date. gadget -asia also use a really easy tracking system so you can find out were your delivery is when ever you want. GADGET ASIA are to be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. They have my faulty nintendo console returned back to them because the touch screen was slow to unresponsive. At first they denied it could be faulty suggesting i tried the same thing over and over. Eventually got instructions to return it and have now been waiting since 13th september for an acceptable response. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!! I would echo the concerns expressed by most of the reviewers. I purchased a Nintendo DS Lite. It took just over 2 weeks before I finally received it. Reason for the delay : they claimed that my payment had not been credited into their account . After several emails they acknowledged that I had indeed already paid for the item. So as a "goodwill gesture" they "upgraded" the delivery by FedEx free of charge. To my horror and surprise I received an invoice for £24.30 from FedEx. I immediately emailed them for an explanation and demanded a refund. Surprise! Surprise! I never received a reply..... JCL

We ordered a Nintendo DS Lite for our 7 year old daughter as a Christmas present in October. We were kept fully aware of progress of the order but unfortunately it got lost in the post. Gadget-Asia sent another one after investigating the problem, by Fed-Ex, which arrived last week in time for Christmas. The only negative was that our original order of DS Lite with 27 games was replaced by one with only 20 games for the same price and no one has really explained to us why this was. Overall though, a postive experience!

The web site proved a little awkward to use (probably more down to my lack of skills that theirs) but the speed of delivery and the replies to my questions and requests were second to none! They were fast, helpful and polite; something that is all too rare amongst sellers nowadays. I will be using Gadget-Asia again (and again and again.....). Thanks guys for a great service, Kerry

I checked out reviews on Gadget Asia on AV forums before trying them, reviews were, in general, very good, so I decided to try. Glad I did, they were very good indeed. Price was already good for Nintendo DS Lite, I bought limited edition version which came with a 20 game pack, arrived exactly as described and, as I paid the extra £10 for Fed Ex, I was in total control of delivery and knew exactly when it was due to arrive. Came with UK charger and instructions. I initially didn't notice the 20 games were on a cartridge already loaded to the console, and wrote to them statiing it was missing. I received a very polite response, within a day, explaining where it was. Very happy customer. I definitely recommend them.

Ordered Nintendo DS rose pink limited edition with Nintendogs game on Monday 14.1.08. Paid £10 for Fedex delivery. Goods delivered Thursday 17.1.08 & tracking visible from 2nd day. Goods in excellent condition. So far, not been charged any import duty but even if I am, goods cheaper than in the UK (that is if you could buy them here) Excellent service, will certainly use this company again.

I ordered a nintendo ds lite with the 20 extra games at £145. the console was for my wife along with two of the games. the rest of the games were for christmas presents to grandchildren, nieces and nephews. When it arrived the twenty games were on one cartridge. Also all instructions were in Japanese. i emailed to complain and received a very short reply stating that most people wanted the games for their child. I replied saying that it is false advertising and misleading the consumer and was not happy. THEY NEVER REPLIED. So beware they are only interested in getting your money. The extra £45 for the game pack is a rip off
