Advantages: quick delivery, easy to use website, loyalty scheme Disadvantages: mainly interested in heir brand and their company, rather than yours
we have a coffee shop, and buy our tea and a few other things from garraways. the reason they dont supply our coffee is we have a supplier up the road. the other reason is garraways supply lots of companies, whereas denby dale coffee are careful about how many they supply in the same area (here there is us and 1 other shop in our area)
garraways products are high quality, very well packaged and despatched quickly as you expect.
