I used hoteldirect.co.uk for the first time this Christmas when I booked a room in an Express by Holiday Inn hotel in Greenwich, London. After some shopping around, I found hoteldirect.co.uk to have the cheapest price for a hotel in that area of London. The price was £35 pppn compared to the Holiday Inn price of £55. I have used this company several times to book hotels mainly in London and they have always been very helpful and given us some really good advice on which hotel to pick depending on what we are doing in London. When on one visit we didnt receive a breakfast we had paid for they complained for us and sent us our money back straight away.
