AdvantagesNONE WHATSOEVER

DisadvantagesRUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT

"...had encountered when using these Huggies Pure, but she only pointed the problems out after she had notice that I had bought and paid for 2 hugh packs of the things as they were on offer in Asda so I now have an opinion too ! For as long as I can remember I have been a regular purchaser of huggies wet wipes, and have always been very loyal to the brand dispite the fact that they are a little more expensive than some other brands available. To Boldly Go Where No Wipe Has Gone Before.

AdvantagesThey are soft and stay moist for cleaning.

DisadvantagesThey dont come as seperate sheets in the bag.

"Huggies Baby Wipes..... I trust these little gems, as they are kind and soft on the skin, and they are just like cleaning your baby's bottom with cotton wool and water.... (Or so they say they are). I have used Huggies Baby Wipes since my Daughter Georgia was 3 weeks old. The Hospital Staff said I should use Cotton Wool and cooled boiled water for the first few weeks, which I duly did, and then I was in a dilemma as to which Baby Wipes I should ..." Read review

Bum Hugs! Review with images

AdvantagesGreat for sensitive bums!

Disadvantages For me, no smell to mask the smell of dirty bums & too dry.

"...72 wipes 'Simple' Baby wipes £2.69 ~ Huggies Baby Wipes ~ * Huggies Pure Wipes * Huggies wipes with aloe vera and vitamin E ~ Packaging ~ The packaging isn't the same as the one shown by ciao although these are the Pure Wipes. Best Brand for Baby's Bottom?

AdvantagesFragrance and alcohol-free, no 'unnecessary' additives, often on a BOGOF offer, gentle on baby's bottom

DisadvantagesStrange smell, sometimes leave bobbly bits on baby's bottom, difficult to dispense without special tub

"...-- The claim is that using Huggies Pure wipes is just like cleaning your baby's bottom with cotton wool and water. The wipes are free from fragrance, alcohol and any 'unnecessary' additives. The actual wipes themselves appear to be more quilted than your usual wipe, with cute teddy bears and paw prints embossed all over them. Instead of being separate wipes they are all joined up with perforations on each edge. You are advised on the packet ..." Read review

Gentle wipes.

AdvantagesCleans the skin, gentle wipes with good moisture. Good size.

DisadvantagesNone for me.

" I have 2 little grandchildren and so have to stock baby wipes at home so that they are available at all times and saves me having to remember to ask my daughter to leave her own packet at my home. I buy lots of different brands and this one is one I buy quite a lot. The wipes come inside a plastic packet which has a plastic pull back kind of strip. I find the strip sticks back nicely into place after taking the wipes from the packet. There are also ..." Read review

Good quality wipes which do just the job

AdvantagesGood price if on offer, gentle on skin, fragrance free

DisadvantagesQuite thick

"...cheap! I have never tried Huggies wipes before but since they were BOGOF (Buy One Get One Free), I grabbed 2 and put them in my basket. I had heard mixed reviews about them so I thought it would be interesting to try them out for myself. When I got home, my son needed his nappy changing so I decided I would try out the new wipes. The first thing I noticed was how thick these wipes were compared to others I have tried which include Johnsons, Tescos ..." Read review

Ideal if you like them thick and wet

Advantagessmell nice

Disadvantagestoo thick and wet

"I normally use Asda Smartprice wipes because they dot he job and are really cheap. My mum came over with a couple of packs of these the other day and I started using them the other day. I used quite a few this morning because I changed Elijah's pooey bum, turned my back for a few minutes and when I came back the nappy was open and he had the poo in his hand! Thankfully none went in his mouth but he had it all over his hands and was mushing it in! ..." Read review

DisadvantagesQuote flimsy

"...I am currently using are Huggies Pure Baby Wipes. I have tried items from the Huggies range including the nappies before and was very unimpressed with them, however I actually had a voucher for Huggies Pure Wipes so thought I would give these a try to see what they were like. Packaging The Huggies Pure Baby Wipes come in a pale yellowy coloured plastic packet, this has a clear plastic tab on the top which can be pulled to one side to open the ..." Read review

Disadvantagesprice at retail

"Huggies is a company who bring nappies and baby wipes to the consumer market. ===Huggies Wipes=== Huggies offer a few different types of baby wipes including fragranced and unfragraned. One type of wipe is the Huggies Pure Baby Wipes. These wipes contain no perfume or alcohol and claim to be as gentle to skin as cotton wool and water due to the natural fibres they are made with. The wipes are mainly aimed at cleaning babies bums, hands and face ..." Read review

Mum's lifesaver wipes

AdvantagesNo worries for sensitive skin, easy to use

DisadvantagesAs with any wipe, does not completely clean, plus, the baby like to eat them!

"...gentler wiping). I bought the Huggies Pure wipes as they were on a buy one get one free special offer in our supermarket, and the slogan on the packet claims, 'Gentle cleaning, like cotton wool & water.'This seemed ideal for our baby's sensitive skin so I thought I'd try them out. They proved to be an ideal mix of being a gentle, unperfumed wipe for our little baby, and caused no irritation at all, and they also held together for our 13 month olds ..." Read review

Huggies pure wipes are as good as pure water

Advantagesgentle on babys skin, cheap

Disadvantagesnone i can think of

"...she suggested i use these Huggies pure wipes, she said she uses them on her baby and has never had any problems. Initally i was reluctant to take her up on her word as i bought nappies from Huggies when i was pregnant and i found them utterly rubbish! However, as they were £1 in Asda, and are the cheapest of the premium brands wipes i decided to purchase them. I am so glad i did, these wipes really do seem like they are as pure as water, no perfumed ..." Read review

These wipes are pure average!

AdvantagesEasy to use, good packaging, wor pretty well, no overpowering chemical smell.

DisadvantagesExpensive, next wipe does not always come out,

"Whilst babysitting for my niece recently I reached out for the baby wipes after she had been sick and this was my sisters current packet of choice. Huggies Pure come in a light blue & red packet with a resealable sticky plastic tab so that you can open the tab and pull out a wipe and then stick it back down to keep the rest of the wipes clean & prevent them from drying out. The wipes are pretty thick and are embossed with little pictures of bears ..." Read review

DisadvantagesUnnecessary additions

"...a stack of £1.00 off huggies wipes I have a trolley full. **Packaging The wipes themselves come in a pale yellow packet with a picture of a cute baby in a blue hat on the front. Pure enough for my babies bum??

AdvantagesSoft and thick so you don't use many, often on offer

Disadvantages2 wipes tend to come out at once

"Baby wipes is something that we go through a lot of in our house, I have 2 children aged 1 and 4 and so there are lots of mucky mouth, hands and bums to be cleaned. When my eldest was a baby we used supermarket own versions but since our youngest has been born we have found that the supermarkets own brands have gone up in price and there always seems to be a more superior branded version on offer somewhere meaning it really isn't worth buying the ..."
