    If I'd have looked at these reviews earlier I'd have never ordered. As it happens I did order only to be badly let down; after all when you order in good time and pay for next day delivery thats, not surprisingly, what you expect; instead a 'the order didn't reach the warehouse' statement was what I got. Needless to say i cancelled my order and will never order from these people again. And by the way, as others have said here its shocking how such a 'customer support' orientated company cannot be bothered to have a contact phone number anywhere; instead I got in touch with their parent company ... more

    I first found I-World when I was searching for an I-pod Nano through Google and I found this accessory store. It was useful as I thought that if I get an I-pod I could do with some extra products to go with it. The web site is very welcoming; it goes straight to the point for the people searching for some thing in particular. It has a pink banner as a semi title at the top of the page which catches your attention as soon as you go to the site. This banner lists, ALL IPODS, IPOD VIDEO, IPOD NANO, IPOD MINI, SHUFFLE, and OLDER IPODS. This is handy as you are then able to find quickly your type ... more

    From the moment you hit the home page you see how professional it's all laid out. I mean this is not one of those sites where everything is just thrown any which way. iWorld is very clear to navigate as you have two main tabs at the top, iPod accessories or iPhone accessories. Then you can choose to navigate via the iPod type banner near the top. This was highly useful for me as I wanted to find a top quality skin or case for my iPhone.     An excellent website. I ordered headphones and received them within just a couple of days. When they came I was a little unsure on some of the features so I rang their helpline to find everyone very friendly and very knowledgeable. An impressive feat given the sheer number of products on the website, I expected them to have to at least call the manufacturer to obtain the information, but they were able to help me there and then without delay.     My iWorld review: I needed some new earphones for my iPod as the standard white ones kept falling out. I wanted to know what the best ones in my price range were and the type of eaphones that would cut out background noise. I got a quick, concise response with a number of options. I ordered the iStuff 808 Bass noise cancelling earphones and was please to find they were exactly as described and arrived at 10am the next day.     Bought a skin from them - after emailing to check it was OK for my iPod. When it arrived I found out it didn't work. I emailed them to arrange to return it and got a response about how I could return it at my cost. Obviously not correct under the sale of goods act (goods must be fit for the purpose for which they are sold) so I emailed them the key points from the Sale of Goods act and they remembered my rights…..     I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews on this site for iWorld, a website that I have had much joy with for last few years. It was definitely one of the first decent websites for iPod accessories when there was very little else available on the market. Speaking from my own experience, I find the website to be one of the best designed and practical to navigate around. It's not overly complicated and has easy to use left hand navigation, with some excellent filters in the centre to help narrow-down your search.     I had a very negative experience with iWorld. I ordered an iPod car transmitter from iWorld. I wanted it sent to my business address and paid for it by my credit card. iWorld emailed me and said they "regretably" had already processed my payment, but they did not want to send the product to my business address because it did not match my credit card address. SO THEY TOOK MY MONEY BUT REFUSED TO SEND ME MY PURCHASE! Clever, huh? This is fraud in my book. Why didn't they just hold on debiting my card and sort out where to send ... more

    Note: If you are one of the reviewers who have had a negative/fraud experience with this site, could you edit your review and extend it to over 120 words, then you can rate in stars and help give a more accurate star rating overall. If the people with negative experiences would do this then the star rating for iworld would be down to half and give consumers a better idea immediately of peoples experiences. Interesting that those who have reviewed the site have focused on the cosmetics and have taken the time to star rate it, makes me think they are from iworld.co.uk. I have suspicions that ... more

    This company delivered faulty goods which were returned to the address they specified, accompanied by one of their return forms and sent recorded delivery. I have confirmation that the goods arrived with them 09.Jan.09 but over three weeks later they have still not refunded my money. Nor have they had the courtesy to reply to emails or posted letter. It is a nonsense that they do not have a phone number on which you can contact them. I would never use them again, nor would I recommend them - I now have the bother of claiming my refund through legal means.
