Advantages: Lots of good deals on bits n bobs, CD-R media etc Disadvantages: Can be slow, or you are given false impressions of delivery times
My first experiences of Jungle were not too good. Sure, I got a free software CD with some graphics package I looked at once and never used again. Of course this is what enticed me to join up as a customer in the first place. The interface of the website was very attractive and really easy to navigate so long as you Browse and don't use the Search function. I had no problem finding a variety of things I liked at a very affordable price. Even a few ... ...up when I saw them. Unfortunately, I placed about 3 different orders for these bargains and they never showed up in the space of around 17 days so I had to cancel each and every one. I was very dismayed by Jungle's false promises and it's online order tracking that kept on knocking back the date just as the delivery was due. They dangled their sale items like an imaginary carrot that I would never obtain. Anyway, this run of bad luck was broken after ...

I was simply asked to box up my monitor and it would be collected that day.

Advantages: Easy to navigate, speedy delivery, checking status of order. Disadvantages: Slight delay over Christmas
I have used Jungle.com 5 times since Christmas and I have always been very pleased with the price and speed of delivery. I recently ordered a CD RW Drive and 2 x 50 CDR's. I ordered these on August Bank Holiday and received the drive and 1 lot of cdr's on the Thursday. Thinking that they had ran out of stock (it was a very good offer) I expected the 2nd lot of CDR's to follow later. A week after when I checked my credit card bill, I saw that I had ... ...wished to share it with all on CIAO. Advantages: Delivery speed was second to none. Choice of products and order tracking also earn plus points Disadvantages: The website *can* be a little tricky to navigate for web novices
I know there's a squillion reviews on Jungle.com, but given my recent experience with them I felt I had to add my comments to the mass.
I wanted to upgrade my friend's PC to include a CDRW drive. There's a tonne of these on the market nowadays, and I did some thorough research before starting a bargain hunt.
One thing about me - I hate paying over-the-odds for goods, so the price of the item was imperative.
I actually browsed onto Jungle as an ... ...websites, and it was a flippant click of the mouse that saw me arrive at Jungle.com.
I'm very glad I did..
There's a few niggly things I didn't like - the search bar is tiny and squashed into the top left hand corner, and you really have to know what the title of the item is that you're searching for. Jungle doesn't use fuzzy searches, and searching for CDRW (which I would've hoped covered both drives and media) only gave me discs. Not much cop.

I actually love the Jungle website, especially since its been updated. There are a few niggles that annoy me, but all in all, I love this website.
You could spend hours looking at the Jungle website, there are so many different gadgets and bits and pieces that you can become engaged in it and forget that others may need the telephone line!

I have used Jungle.com several times and have continued using its service over the years mainly because it provides cheaper priced goods and the delivery and order tracking services are excellent.
Upon browsing through the site and what it has to offer, it has definitely increased the variety of products from the last time and puts it on a par with the other well known sites like amazon.com for example.

I first came across Jungle.com when it was time to purchase some new speakers for my pc. Jungle.com has a loyalty scheme – for every £1 you spend you are given 1 jewel. Jungle sell a wide range of goods, from mobile phones and Tv's to RAM for your PC. Similar range to dabs.com
I have been using jungle for a while now. I have purchased computer games, computer hardware both big and small, though I would never actually buy a computer from them - stick to the experts!

Jungle.Com is one of the first online computer, electronic and software retailers that I remember. They sell a whole host of items, ranging from videos and computer games up to PC’s, TV’s and DVD players. Jungle.com - yes everyone has heard of it haven't they? So WHY IS THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SO POOR?
Like other members I hate to rant about things just for the sake of it, but I do hate when companies take their customers for granted.
