    Disadvantages Disadvantages Impossible to get hold of (seriously).

    I have only one real gripe with justbeautifully.co.uk; otherwise it was a hassle free experience. In true stereotypical male fashion, I always leave Christmas shopping till a few days before the big day. Having been given ample hints "I want straighteners for Christmas, please" by my fiancée I headed for Amazon. Alas, nothing would arrive till after Christmas. A quick scan through Google showed justbeautifully to be the cheapest site around.     Review of Just Beautifully and the Hive of Beauty Waxing Starter Kit. This is my first review on Ciao, so I appologise if i've forgotten any info The Kit comes with: One 500cc (Medium) Wax Pot Heater, a Warm Gold Pro Premium Wax 325ml, 100 Disposable Waxing Spatulas, 100 Fabric Strips, a 400ml After Wax Lotion with Tea Tree Oil's (which i have to say, smell delicious), a 400ml Pre Wax Lotion, a Wax Equipment Cleaner, All the products in the kit arrived well packed in boxes, in the kits' carry case, which is a see through plastic bag with handles.     Product ordered in November and payment was taken from my creditcard immediately. Since then there has been no confirmation, or any message by phone or email as to what has happened to my order - which was intended to be a Christmas present. Of course there has been no delivery or explanation of non-delivery either. The customer service lines are not answered, and there has been no contact through the so-called customer service line. Often you get placed in a queue and then cut off when you get to the top! I have had no response to emails sent to customer services, although the website claims ... more

    I do a lot of online shopping, about 3/4 of stuff I buy comes from online shops. As it's so conveient & is delivered to my desk. Saves the hassles of shops!! This is the absolute worst website I have ordered off. The customer Service(?) is ridiculous. I ordered my product, and selected the delivery I wanted on 12/11/09. When I didn't get a dispatch notification a week later I called them. Was told the item was dispatched today, 18/11/09, when I complained about the amount of time this had taken, I was told the item was out of stock and I will have recieved an email. NO email to date.     Don't go near them. They say products are in stock when there not! Then when you email them to ask "any chance of getting what I payed for" you get no answer. Don't waste your time with them..... There nothing but a tin pot outfit.

    To start with, I have to say that I have used this site 3 times now since the beginning of the new year. Mainly to stock up on my nail and some personal waxing supplies. I first came across Justbeautifully whilst comparing prices online and by browsing their site I felt that it looked professional enough to to make my 1st purchase online. I have to admit I am a bit of an OPI fan so that's mainly what I can personally judge on, and this site, has got one of the widest ranges of products (along with good pricing!) which is always important to me.     Overall: In the beginning I had problems of not knowing where about is my order. After 2 weeks i started to receive information from the company over the phone and email. Now received my order in perfect condition. The person who has been dealing with my case also sent me, as a compensation, a better model and more goodies to compensate for the problems.     This is the 15th time i have tried to contact thecompany. I made an order on the 16th November have not recieved any emails to say item was dispatched but you have taken the money from my bank. I do phone everyday and i am promised by the sales girls, the manager will phone me back by 7.30pm has been almost a month now and still no phone call from manager. I have been waiting 26 days for my item which was supposed to be a birthday present. Have requested my money back and was told it will be back in my account withing 10 days but i am sure it will not be there. Staff on phone are always unable ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Faulty products, arrogant attitude to customers, can't get your money back, where does it end?

    I ordered a pair of curling tongs from Just Beautifully just after Xmas. The item arrived very late, and when I say it was faulty what I mean is it arrived in pieces...unassembled...scratched and marked...just absolutely appalling. So I tried calling to arrange a return and noone picked up. I tried the next day and I was told my call was in a queue, after 5 minutes of holding I was put through to an answer machine.     in october 2009 I tried to purchase a hair brush for my daughter, six weeks after the delivery date I still had not received the brush. After numerous attempts to contact them I finally got through to them and cancelled the order, at this time I was assured that my credit card would be refunded, its now February 2010 and I still haven't had a refund, although they have promised too several times. In my opinion web sites that trade in such a fraudulent manor should be closed down, please do not make the same mistake as I did, I think this web site rely on people giving up on getting their money ... more
