We ordered an i-pod for my daughter's Christmas present through Marks and Spencer's internet site. We had the opportunity to buy it £10 cheaper through Apple and with free engraving but M&S had an offer of a free docking station. You just can't get better quality then M&S can you? Although their food, clothes and other products may be a little more procey than your average supermarket, the extra money you are spending is worth it! I'm amazed that a company this size is so badly organised online. They don't seem to have anyone working over the week-end as I have rarely seen an order placed on a Friday night or over the week-end change status. If this were a small company or an online store offering unbeatable prices I could understand all this, but Marks and Spencers are quite expensive compared to most online retailers. I never really shopped at M&S until a couple of years ago, as always felt it was quite an old fashioned and expensive, but I think it's really improved recently, has good quality clothes and very competative prices. Decided to try M&S online for the first time as I have a 5 month old baby and didn't want to trawl the shops with pram in tow. Items ordered 14 November.
