Originally I was going to do a review of the actual Mens Health magazine but having read the most recent review, I thought it was uneccessary given the quality of the opinion. Mens Health magazine is a widely popular magazine for men, which is now on the Net. It can be found at www.menshealth.co.uk. This is - they say - your definituve guide to fitness, health, sex and life! FITNESS ~~~~~~ This covers a whole range of things to do with fitness like 'avoid workout aggro', 'the ultimate shower workout' and 'simple breathing tips'.
