    There's an old saying wich says that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Sadly, mingers.com takes a blatant disregard to this old adage and makes aesthetic assessments on the poor individuals who are deemed to have fallen from the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down... In short, the site shows photographs of people who are chubby, long-nosed and facially imperfect. In an age when Heat magazine publishes articles slagging off women for being to thin, juxtaposed with articles slagging off women for being too fat, there seems to be more emphasis on evaluating peoples' appearance, and ... more

    After reading my opinion on “AmIhotornot”, someone suggested I tried “Mingers.com” and also I had recently read Karen “Wigglypuffs” recent opinion on the site, so I went over and took a quick look, upon loading I realised I had already been to the site, so here is my opinion on the site.     ~ You may want to go there and take a look, but believe me you don’t want to find yourself there. Hardly a pleasing thought to be included in a website that describes itself as ‘Home of the facially inept...’. ~ So, what exactly will you find at Mingers.com, apart from relief when you realise you aren’t there?     I used to visit this site a lot but it’s been under construction lately so I haven’t been able to. Honestly I don’t know what it is about this site that triggers off such immature laughter but I felt like a kid visiting this site. I know it sounds stupid but I did.     One day I was feeling a bit down. I needed cheering up and stumbled across the website mingers.com, the "home of the facially inept!". What an ego booster! No offence to some of the "stars", but they are where they belong. Their pictures posted up on a website for all to laugh at and feel better about themselves. There are no good looking people such as Weebagpuss (*wink wink*) only mingers. On my 56k connection, the site seems fairly slow to load up. This is probably due to the large picture files that need to be downloaded and the fact that my computer is c**p. However the site is well laid ... more

    I was sent an email about this website from a friend and thought it was quite amusing. On this website you will find loads of pictures of people that don’t look like the normal average person, you’ll see what I mean once and if you do check this website out. When the website loads up you will see ‘odd’ looking people so if you don’t find it funny or amusing then I’d advise you not to go any further.     www.mingers.com is - in their words - home of the facially inept. This website holds a whole host of photographs of different people who, for some poor reason, look far from the 'norm', and are classed as mingers! I mean, you can't help the way you look, can you? The poor souls. I do feel somewhat sorry for them , and just hope to God I don't find my own picture in amongst this lot! Okay, I might be far from 'normal' to some people, but I hope that does not include my looks!!!     This site is a bit cruel but still brought a smile to my face. Basically, it’s a site dedicated to ugly people, hence the name mingers.com. The site features a gallery full of ugly people where there are classic mingers, minging look-a-likes, mingers sent in by readers, minging couples, mingers and me (where people have their photos taken with random minging people they have just walked past on the street), fake mingers (those people just pretending) and finally……..the minger of the week!     If you feel you need a good laugh, or just a smile to your face then this is the site to check out. This contains photographs of people who aren't the best looking in the world......so if you think you weren't the best of looking don't worry because you will feel better. There's photo's of all kinds of people and the archive is worth having a look....it is certainly alternative humour. There are even pictures of celebrities that look unfortunately ugly….no kind words to say it really.
