    I have now bought 4 different contract mobiles from this site over the last few years and each time the service has been excellent. They are a part of the Carphone Warehouse, so it's part of a big and reputable company which offers some peace of mind. Each time, they have promised next day delivery and that is what I got. The times I've ordered a mobile with a free gift (one Xbox 360 back in 2008 and a Nintendo 3DS this past week, the gift was delivered in the same package as the mobile phone, which is excellent.     After reading reviews for this site it seems that not many people who have had a good experience have written anything so here it goes!!! I ordered my band new shiny pink samsung g600 on Thurdsay 31st July at 3:00pm. The package includes a JCV Tv, 1200minutes and 600 txts for £45.00 a month. I know this may seem alot to some but its much better considering what I get through at the minute.     Mobiles.co.uk - love it. ordered my new phone with free wii. bit apprehensive due to the poor reviews - but thought it was worth a try based on the free gifts being delivered WITH the phone. Phone ordered Friday - Sony K810i. £35 p/m, 600 mins and 500 texts. The order went through, but I didn't receive my phone or gift on the saturday as expected.     Disadvantages Disadvantages up to hour wait to get through to their support, then 25 mins in queue

    I have been with O2 for years and decided to take a contract through mobiles.co.uk due to the great offers with orange and the amazing free gifts. The phone I ordered came as stated, the next day. After 3 days there was a fault with the phone. I called their returns line only to keep getting cut off due to their not being any lines available. When I finally got through after 40 minutes, it took 23 minutes of hold time in their queue. I was told there was only one gentleman on the returns line.     Advantages Advantages can find answer to any question on the website, fast and useful response.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages some deals are not good as other website, not enough upgrade plans.

    Got my first cash back today. Read a comment before saying dont comment before get the first cash back. From the day place the order, everything goes exactly as the website promised. No delay in receiving the phone, the package is as descibed (had dispute with the network carrier, orange, but no problem with this website staff) and 6-day customer email response (tho they generally reply within 3 days and the answer is generally very helpful. the website has clear instructions for everything tho). Forgot to cancel the bundle that charges extra...but tats a personal fault... And got first cash ... more

    27th October 2011, I purchased two phones on orange through www.mobile.co.uk. The phones arrived quickly, and everything seemed straightforward, I was really impressed. However, their site promise; the backing of Carphone Warehouse, and that 'instant cashback" is automatic, they allow 14 days for returns, then 28 days for the cheque to arrive.......13 weeks later, I am still waiting! If I haven't received the cheque this friday, I will have to phone them back again (third time) and they will issue another cheque, and yes I'll have to wait a further 28 days to receive it!     This company rip you off by sending refurbished or second hand goods! When my phone arrived the seal was broken the box clearly looked as if it has been kicked up and down their warehouse! Inside items were not in their sealed state! They do not answer their premium rate telephone line! emails they do not respond to! If you have any problems go into your local carphone warehouse and kick up a stink!! I would not recommend this company to anyone they are to big for their boots and their customer services are a complete waste of time!!     Firstly this review is not about the phone I purchased. Having had a Pay-as-you-go phone for many years, I finally decided to bite the bullet and take out a pay monthly contract. After looking round the various high street and on-line retailers I went with Mobiles.co.uk, since I'd had a good experience using their services earlier this year when purchasing a phone for my wife. They offer a next day delivery service if the order is placed before 4pm, although this applies only to mainland UK and since I live across the pond in Northern Ireland I expected to receive it by Wednesday or Thursday ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Where do I start? Bad, bad, bad customer services, Mis-selling tarriffs, Long hold times......

    That is my advice! If you do and things go wrong, prepare for a lot of wasted time and a fight! I'm currently on hold to them and have been for the last 30 odd mins! And this is good!!! I fell into the same trap as cwh0716, the discount isn't a discount at all. Took out an 02 contract with them at £25 a month with £5 discount. When checked with 02 they say the contract has always been £25 as bonus tarriff, so to me I should be paying £20 a month, however, when bought up with mobiles.co.uk they say it's usually £30 and reduced to £25, (which is NOT what O2 confirmed to me a number of times) ... more

    First of all i would like to point out that i have signed up to ciao for the sole purpose of sharing my unbelievably BAD experience with this absolutly joke of a company.
