Advantages Advantages Great price and health checker. Loyalty points. Absolutely free to use.

Disadvantages Disadvantages I really cannot think of any whatsoever.

If you dislike that weekly supermarket shopping trip as much as I do, you've probably been using one of the big four's websites to do most of the work for you for a wee while now. I don't begrudge paying that £2.50/£5.00 delivery fee to have my shopping brought direct to my door, simply because it saves me the time, and more importantly the stress, of that big weekly shop. Queuing to park and leave, checkout meltdown, other people's kids and avoiding being rammed by someone else's out of control trolley all add up to one big fat nightmare in my book. It's much nicer to sit in the comfort of ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Not really any

I am actually hooked on this website. I log onto it just about everyday, not for shopping, but for product references. Mysupermarket.com is like an online catalogue of every single (or nearly everything. Sometimes, things aren't always there which are on the supermarkets shelves but this is quite rare) item on the shelves of *Tesco *Asda *Sainsbury *Ocado (i.e. Waitrose) - basically, all the BIG supermarkets. I would like to have a Morrison's in here and perhaps a sub section dedicated to the smaller ones like Aldi, Iceland, farm foods and Lidl. On the other hand, I can see why it doesn't ... more

Advantages Advantages Save loads of money, collect ipoints and clubcard points

Disadvantages Disadvantages Seems scary, but don't worry it's not

Living in a third floor flat with no lift means that online supermarket shopping is a must for me. For others online shopping is about budgeting, convenience, time or maybe you're even plain old lazy. For me, my big monthly shop was just too much for my poor little arms and since discovering this site i've found many other advantages too. If you are the type to do your main supermarket shopping online then you should certainly visit and join this website. So what is the site? It is a price comparison site really. You navigate through the site in a similar way to say tesco's or asda's shopping ... more

Every Wednesday Morning is the regular visit from my Mum and Dad to see their grand daughter, so consequently every Wednesday morning is my weekly shopping morning at the local Tesco. This does sound rather horrible but Mum and Dad get here, so I go out. However this does give my parents quality time alone with Holly and gives me the chance to have a good look round Tesco without the hassel of a two year old placing things in the trolley that I don't really want and generally causing havoc. However this week is different. My Mum will be 60 on Wednesday so I thought I had better show some ... more

Advantages Advantages compares prices for you from your list, useful offers highlighted, printable lists for offline

Disadvantages Disadvantages not well advertised so many are unaware of its existence

Like most people, I like to get value for money. This is as true for my grocery shopping as it is when I buy a car, a new TV, or anything else. The savvy shopper knows that getting value for money with food is much more than just looking at labels and comparing own brand prices vs. named brands, it's about comparing overall supermarket prices too. Many are under the mistaken belief that prices are pretty close store to store, especially when comparing Asda and Tesco, and base these on a very small sampling of items that the two purposefully price identical or 1-2 less than the other. They do ... more

Mysupermarket is a price comparasion website for supermarkets, I have been a member for well over a year but until recently have only used them a few times. My son is 3 years old and for the last few weeks has been a little horror everytime we go shopping so I decided to start doing my weekly shopping online to stop all the stress! If you are looking do your shopping online and have your shopping delivered mysupermarket is for you! You will need to be a member of your chosen supermarket, and all 3 supermarkers charge for delivery which is anything from £3.50 - £7.00. www.mysupermarket.co.uk ... more

I was recommended to mysupermarket.co.uk by a friend. I have always been happy plodding along doing my shopping online with Sainsburys and collecting my nectar points on the way. My friend was praising the site saying how she was saving money by shopping online via this website. What is mysupermarket.co.uk? It's a supermarket comparison website, much like the money supermarket website you may have heard of. It allows you to do your shopping via your favourite shop (in my case Sainsburys) and it will also add up the same. Equivalent items from Tesco, Asda and Waitrose. You can then see which ... more

My Supermarket is an online shopping comparison site which allows the shopper to compare prices on products at Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's and Ocado. The website address is www.mysupermarket.co.uk and I found out about it through the Money Saving Expert website. It is free to sign up and while shopping you can also accumulate Ipoints which are automatically added to your Ipoints account once this is opened (another free to register site). The Ipoints can be saved and spent on a variety of tokens or gifts. The My Supermarket site is very easy to use and has very good graphics showing clear ... more

Advantages Advantages You can swap products to save money and there are voucher and discount codes too.

Disadvantages Disadvantages The website could be more appealing

I had come across mysupermarket.co.uk through Martin Lewis (as per usual) and I decided to give it a shot - if I can get paid for it and find the best bargain easier then why not. So they're not majorly well known that I know of and the website isn't fancy. The website is quite simply just a tool for you to use to help you in gaining a cheaper shopping experience and finding out which supermarket out of four (Tesco, Asda, Ocada, Sainsbury's) are the cheapest for you. It will also tell you different discount codes so overall this website is to help you save money. I signed into my Quidco ... more

Disadvantages Disadvantages tricky to work out the first time; possibly not the best comparisons

""This review relates to the UK site, www.mysupermarket.co.uk"" - Ciao seems to have a variety of mysupermarket listings! General Description This website allows users to generate a shopping basket for online groceries and, ostensibly, to see which supermarket -- such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda, etc. -- will offer them the best deal for those items. Once you have finished shopping, it will transfer your basket to whichever supermarket you choose, so that you can arrange a delivery and pay for your items. The site is part of a "loyalty points" scheme separate from the supermarkets, called ... more
