    I phoned the Netmovers office to enquire about two properties they had up for rent. Upon enquiring I was told an advisor needed to phone me back. When I received the phone call I was told I needed to become a member and pay a £25 for the membership and for a credit check. At this point I specifically asked if the two properties I enquired about were still available as I didn't want to spend £25 otherwise because there were no other properties I was interested in.     I've just sold my park home with these guys, they are very good and very quick. I've had different park homes for over 12 years now and this was my quickest sale yet, 4 days online and it sold. I will definitely use them again, the service is hastle free and the staff are very helpful. I will be honest and say that they asked if i was happy with the service then would i mind writing a review somewhere, so this is it.     I was contacted by Netmovers after they had seen my property advertised for sale on the internet. I was persuaded to subscribe to them, with promises of total confidence in selling my property very quickly, they said they had numerous clients on their books looking for a house such as the one I am trying to sell. Since paying my subscription I have heard nothing from them. I have absolutely no confidence that they have done anything to market my property as they promised.     Man from their o0ffice Made an appointment to view our house saying he was in the Forces and wanted to buy a house near his mother etc. Full of lies and when we found out it was a set up, their office called but so far haven't had an explaination. WATCH OUT, from what we have seen, they do anything to get what they want.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Some areas have few or no properties, could feature more helpful buying advice.

    For the last 3 months, i've been looking to buy a new flat or small house somewhere in my home town of Blackpool (at the moment i have to commute from Liverpool which is quite a drive each and every morning)! After trawling the usual estate agency sites, i stumbled upon netmovers which was recommended to me by a friend. My main requisite was that the property had access to a private or shared garden and should be close to a good school (both required for my 5 yr old son).     I bought my house from these guys, I had No hassel, No scams and no problems with there service. To be honist with you. I think the local estate agents could pick up a few things from these guys. How many estate agents can you say would phone you up 3 months after the sale has gone through. All just to see how things are going for me in the new house. I think that this is a bloody good service. I have never come across an estate agent that even gives you the time or day. All there really bothered ... more

    I was with Netmovers for one year and had no interested parties at all...In that year i had six phone calls from members of their staff asking if i would be interested in placing my property on their site. I had to keep reminding them i was already on their site...No office staff seem to know what they are doing. Useless site BEWARE or scams. There are better sites to sell your property such as Daltons and Houseladder they are managed well and staff are very helpfull.

    For six months I stuck with a local estate agent (in NW England) whilst trying to sell my house, with no success. Another agent, another six months and still nothing. Then I came across the netmovers.net operation and posted on to their website the details of my property and some photographs. Six weeks or so later, I sold. And not only did I sell but I saved loads of money, having simply paid about a hundred quid for their online service.     I have just sold my flat in London with this company. Here are the good and bad points of this service Good - I never had to pay an agent a hefty cut of the proceeds of my sale. I got a lot of intrest but only when the board was placed outside my property. Bad - Service was fairly basic and a little fustrating at times, but still very good value for £99 pound!

    I'm writing this review because the staff at Netmovers asked if I was satisfied with there service then would I mind writing something about it. I'd had my 3 bed semi in Nottingham on with Thomas James estate agents for a couple of months with no avail. I had some viewings but not for the price I wanted. I decided to try a private sale website after a work collegue mentioned she had sold her flat using one. I decided to use Netmovers after seeing a leaflet at my brother house.
