    "I ordered about £100 worth of products from onecliksports on November31st. The order never arrived. When I called about it I was informed that they had to file a claim internally before they could issue a refund to find out where the product was. I thought that was odd, that a reputable company would have issued a refund no questions asked (or offered to immediately reship my order). But I went along patiently. It is now December. I have had no refund. I have called four times, each time I have been told that they had to check on my "claim" and that someone would call me back. No one has. I ... more

    "1) My order was deemed as fraudulent because I was prepared to pay the expensive shipping THEY recommended I choose. It's beyond me how a non-credit card transaction through PayPal can be deemed as fraudulent. 2) Four phone calls from Australia to the UK resulted in nothing - I left a detailed phone message to which nobody responded. 3) In desperation I emailed their sister company, oneclickstyle, and only then did someone respond (tried phoning them too but the answering service is of such that I couldn't figure out if it was indeed them). 4) Finally they shipped my goods (still not ... more

The next day, received an email due to a problem with the payment method then again received a personal call apologizing for their website issues and the order was completed.. Cleared up quickly with a phone call. Before the item arrived, I had a question about MY payment method and called. I realized that my call was a minute or two after technical support closed.     No technical problems there. I received my items in a timely matter. They have 90 day return policy which is really good. My baseball suit was abit tiny so i had to call for them to change. The staff was really really nice. I believe the manager was helping me, and probably we spent at least 30 minutes looking for something to exchange it with. I was looking for something around the same price range, and he told me the available suits he had.     "Huge selection of men, women & children swimming suits by far the cheapest prices that I was able to find online. Plus even though they only offer standard UPS ground shipping, they ship really really fast, I received my order in 2 days. I found a few sites with lower item prices but found this to be a trick because they compensate with extremely high shipping cost. oneclicksports is reasonable for both the item & shipping cost & if you spend over $50.00 shipping is free, you can't beat that.     "Alpinestars T-RC 1 Air Flo Jacket I’m 6’4” 225lbs with a 35” inseam and 36” waist. I know Alpinestars runs small (Ok they make tiny clothes and I should know better) I talked to oneclicksports.co.uk customer service to ask a few questions about sizing. Very knowledgeable people there. My jacket arrived in good time however even a 2XL is too small. Alpinstars does not make anything that fits a normal human being so I am going to have to return the jacket. I’m bummed because I really like the design of the Air Flo Jacket. I've ordered several items from them over the last few weeks in preperation for a big ride...and evertything has been perfect and the customer service is THE BEST I've had since I started shopping on line!     "My order was filled promptly and quickly delivered. The product was in its original factory packaging; a Shoei DS Hornet helmet. It appears to be in factory new condition, and fits well. Shoei sizing is consistent, as well as production standards. I am satisfied with my purchase. I haven't spoken to anyone at oneclicksports, so I don't know if they have good phone ettiquette, or have a briton accent.     "My experience was unlike any other comment I read on the site. One of my items ordered 8 days ago still has not shipped. I tried contacting customer service through email and it took 3 days for me to get a response. I was told my item would ship this morning and it wasn't so. I submitted my order in a timely manner as I was in need of these items for a motorcycle safety course and timely arrival was crucial for me.
