The design, navigation is pretty neat, the only problem with it is that there is not enough merchants using Shopping.com, compared to Kelkoo's range - so you will get many if not up to 55% of results from the same merchants over and over again. I had heard about this site called Price checker so I thought I would let the web do the work rather than my tired eyes. I've only ever used pricechecker, looked at the other ones but there always seems to be a lot of faffin to get to the point of doing your search. Pricechecker has the right balance, select the product group and then type in your search criteria - results might not always be spot on but you don't have to enter much or try very often to find something relevant. Comparison shopping sites are just beginning to arrive in the UK - by PRICECHECKER has been around since summer 1999. I was fortunate enough to read about it in an internet magazine then - and still use it today. The design and layout haven't changed much - but the number of shops included and the addition of utilities and flights is great. It is simple to use and very simple to navigate. When i first came onto net, i wanted to try the shopping out, well everybody was saying how much money they were saving! This site has changed for the better since then, it was quite hard to navigate around, you had to know where you were looking for a start, but I was after a new CD and i had tryed quite a few other comparison sites, but as everybody knows you must try at least 3! This site not only does the usual Computers, Music, Games and Books ...
...which also includes Mobiles! I typed in Metallica, knowing that there are a few CD's out there i knew it would take a while for them to check, but it took about 30 seconds to get back with 159 results! ~ not bad.... they use Amazon.co.uk, 101CD, Proxis, BOL, Borroworrob and CD Paradise. This site is clean, concise, and just what you want from a comparison shopping site, no mucking about! Save this one to your favourites, next time you're checking ...
