    Those that have shopped online for products and gifts will know just how time-consuming and frustrating it can be, trawling through product categories on website X, then comparing the prices there to website Y only to find after finally buying that there was a website Z that had it cheaper with free delivery. Fortunately, this price comparison website takes all that hassle away and makes your online shopping trip easier and even enjoyable if you find a bargain.     Disadvantages Disadvantages Sometimes displays the things you don't want!

    I've never really been a big on-line shopper, preferring the hustle and bustle of the high street to the anticipation of having something delivered... I don't know, it's just down to personal choice I suppose but I am a firm believer in retail therapy, and always seem to get a buzz out of the fact I can have my goods in my hands, especially if it's clothing or gadgets, even homeware.     Don’t we all hate it? Spending the whole afternoon looking for a product, going through different shops or spending hours on net browsing through many sites in a hope to get a bargain and finally when you buy the product, few hours later your neighbour tells you ‘ Oh, I just bought the same stereo for £30 less…. Argggghhh. Well there is a perfect solution now.     The last thing anyone in the world wants to do is spend more money than they have to when they're buying something, but everyone probably knows how much hassle it is to go and check every shop that sells the product you want. The worst thing that can happen is you buy something in one shop, only to find it cheaper in the next you enter!     At last a site that is on the side of the consumer. I buy everything on the net as I always believe its cheaper. Pricerunner proved that I was right because its the only comparison site that compares high street prices with online prices which makes sense. It also confirmed the fact that Argos is not cheap but rather pricey on most things.     This is my favourite of the price finder sites. It is very comprehensive, very fast and provides direct links to the retailers. The interface is easy to use there are lots of categories and you can find the best prices on what you want in a matter of minutes. When you click on the homepage you are presented with a menu of categories ranging from electrical goods to household appliances to computer equipment.     Recently, I have been intrigued by the quality of website on the net, and the amount of sites that want to do all the tedious work for you. This site is excellent if you want to purchase any everyday goods like Mobile Phones, Fridge Freezers, Stereo’s, DVD players, TV’s and lots more.     Hurm. Pricerunner is a big site and a good idea. They also operate in Sweden and Denmark, why should you care? Well that means they’re one of these dot coms that are managing too expand rather than desperately searching for yet another handout. As I have said the concept is good - the internet is one great vat of knowledge (and useless spam) so why not use it to work out which is the very best price available for the product you are after.     Pricerunner.com is an excellent web site, especially with Christmas coming up. The site enables you to run pricechecks on items like TV’s and Stereo’s to find you the best price available.
