I am a senior citizen so I need to be thrifty and I found Printerland.co.uk on the web, what a wonderful Company, they gave me all the help I needed and I purchaced a Samsung SCX 4200 Multifunction Printer and Scanner, brilliant machine when you consider the price it is, so easy to install and does what it is designed for, nice looking and very compact. I was so glad that I bought this from Printerland, they were so professional, Ordered Wednesday delivered Thursday, Phoned thursday to ask for the connection lead I had forgot to order, delivered Friday, also bought a Toner it was the cheapest price I found around. I will certainly use this Company again.

I was looking online for a colour laser printer for my office. I thought I would give Printerland a go as I found their site very easy to use and their prices are very competitive. The structure of Printerland's website makes it very easy to compare the large range of printers they have on offer. However I still wasn't exactly sure so I gave them a call to see what printer would best suit me. It was here when Printerland impressed me the most, the saleman I spoke to had excellent product knowledge and talked me through a few different manufacturers models which were suitable for my purposes. The advice was completely impartial and led to me making the right decision. They really do train their staff properly at Printerland. I eventually went for a Xerox 8560DN. I ordered it at 4pm on wednesday and was surprised again by Printerland's level of service when it turned up at 9.30 the following morning. The printer has been superb. I will definitely be returning to Printerland for the consumables as they are very competively priced too and I'm sure they will deliver the same serive. I have already recommended Printerland to 2 of my friends and will continue to do so.

Excellent customer service on the phone, you get straight to an actual human being not an automated message. Very very helpful and my printer wasnt in stock so they offered me an alternative but thought id stick with my original printer choice and it arrived the next day.

Advantages: Cheap, competitive prices, informative website, friendly and well informed staff
Disadvantages: None!
Printerland provides extremely good value printer consumables from major brands such as Xerox, Hewlett Packard, Canon, Lexmark and Epson. They've got a massive amount of colour printers, mono printers, dot-matrix printers, fax-machines and accessories.

Advantages: Great Knowledge of Printers, Great Offers, Very Good!
Disadvantages: TBH, none.

OKI C5600n Printer

Advantages: good quality printing
Disadvantages: the mismatch code
I have never had experience of OKI products before so when I contacted Printerland and explained my requirements and they recommended the C5600n printer, I took them at their word and ordered it. This was around 3.30pm and the printer arrived the next day – excellent service!

i bought an lexmark all in one from printerland a few months back and was very pleased it was a good price and was shipped the next day I went back to printerland and ordered some ink (i ordered the wrong ink) printerland rang me the next day to say that the ink i ordered wouldnt work in my printer was this correct. which of course wasnt. printerland saved me time and money
