Have shopped at QVC for several years and am generally pleased with the items purchased. However during the last 6 months the delivery has been simply terrible and as a result I declined to do any Xmas shopping with them. Nothing has arrived within 10 days - most nearer a month. I ordered a Kim and Co two-piece and only the top has arrived, still no skirt 2 weeks on. QVC, this is not good enough please chase up your couriers. The fault seems to lie with Royal Mail. I'm not a fan of QVC. They sent me a random bag when I ordered clothes and when I called to tell them they'd sent the wrong thing, they said they'd have to send me a label to return the bag I hadn't ordered and then they would send the clothes. Not very trusting of their customers, as someone probably received my clothes and they could check this for themselves and send on my clothes. Two weeks on after sending the bag back there's no sign of the clothes and I've missed the party I was going to wear them at! Not impressed. ...

Ok I have to start by saying i love qvc. I love the jewellery, I love the craft shows and I especially love the beauty products. QVC online is fantastic, it allows me to look at all the products I love any time of the day, even when im at work and there's no tv in sight. I was introduced to qvc internet shopping site about a year ago, I went out one evening for a meal with friends and one of my friends has this huge rock hanging around her neck. I said to her blimey that must have cost you a few months pay packets, and she replied yep all of £14.99!!. www.QVC.co.uk is the web site from the Cable shopping channel (QVC) it sells just about anything from Clothes to Diamonds to TV to anything you can think of !. You can get some amazing bargains from it. My Friend has purchased jewellery from it, the standard is excellent and so is the prices. I have got some skin care range it cost me £20.00ish for the complete skin care range they were offering and I am only sorry that I didn't buy the bulk buy ...
