brilliantly designed, easy to use, loads of jobs!

Sign up process can be lengthy

reed.co.uk is a great online agency web site that offers thousands of jobs in hundreds of sectors. The site has well over forty thousand recruiters so there is no drought of vacancies. The web site is well designed and very professional and the features of the web site are amazing and I've...

Easy and fast applying

High response for each advertisement

Currently looking for a new job I gained a lot of experience with online job sites. Therefore I would like to give you some details about www.reed.co.uk in this opinion. How to use the site? The most easiest way to work with reed is to subscribe to the service, means you choose a username and a...

search engine, off and online presence

non centralised database

Reed Online is a non-centralised recruitment agency with online and offline presence. The office for say New Media may be in Richmond and the Marketing & Sales will be in the City somewhere. This has actually led to some confusion. - more later. The site design is lovely with very easy to use...

I tried reed.co.uk after seeing some advertising for them. I was unhappy in my current job and wanted to move on to something new, and this seemed a good way of doing so. It was easy enough to fill in details and upload my CV, and I sat back and waited to see what reed.co.uk would find for me...

no ability to see when the jobs were posted

Reed.co.uk is my favourite of the recruitment websites out there, the fact they offer a free service to agencies to advertise there positions on the website via the FreeCruit section means there is a constantly updated list of vacancies! The service from the website itself is very fast and throws...

Good

numerous vacancies

not reliable services

I tried to approach various vacancies, which were available on the reed.co.uk web site recently but with no success. I was quite happy and satisfied when I saw the search engines and the numerous positions advertised but whenever I decided to apply sending my CV online via the reed system...

Very few if any.

I joined this web site about 5 months ago to look for a job. I also joined numerous other web sites. Although not perfect and needing some improvements in my opinion, I have found reed.co.uk to be the best of the job web sites that I have used. There are two reasons for this; firstly you can...

WWW.REED.CO.UK is by far the best online agency I have visited I would even rate it above Worktrain (the governments job centre website). Reed are a recruitment agency and consultants. My experiences have been very rewarding and I have been very pleased with the results. Whether you are looking...

None

"Let the job finds you", this is their slogan in television advertisement. I know this site from TV. I am not actually looking for jobs. I just registered for future use. I am now currently doing my PhD studies in Southampton University. I like this site (although I haven't really gone through...

Lack of results = no jobs

Initially the site looks very promising. Although the layout is a bit scatty, it is an interactive site: you can search the database, save your cv, apply online and sign up for "Job Sleuth" email and cellphone alerts. Pros: easy enough to use, plenty of jobs in the database, real contact from...

Free help on finding the right job

Slow to get any response

The attractions of online recruitment seem to be very appealing, especially to someone like myself who has been out of work for nearly a year and is now at the age where most people should be retiring. I started on the Reed website about a year ago. The site is very user friendly but it relies...

Lots and lots of jobs

The branches are clueless

Reed is a frustrating experience for a job hunter. Arguably, they have one of the best websites for jobs, in terms of volume and ease of use. They have a lot of jobs that are actually from other agencies that they post on there - If you apply for one of these, then you may have some success as...

I was recently surfing the recruitment agencies online and had a go with Reed as I've temped with them in the past. The web site itself is easy to use, and you can search using geographical, occupational and salary criteria, and also whether or not you're looking for graduate jobs. I'm not sure...
