I found this company, purporting to be UK-based, on the net and following initial positive conversations a dealings with the 'art department' it all went horribly wrong! The customer contact (same woman each time) was extremely uncooperative and rude each time that I spoke to her but it was a reasonable price so I continued with the process. Oh how I'd read the review on here before ordering my flyers from Saxoprint. I went with Saxoprint because they offered the cheapest prices on the net. Unfortunately, this is for a reason. The printing took so long that I rang several times (to Germany) to chase them up. Each time their customer service woman was incredibly rude and unhelpful. BEWARE!!!! I would never use or recommend this company, I placed an order fro 350 brouchers for a charity event i have organised with all proceeds going to the make a wish childrens charity, They recieved my artwork in PDF format as requested only to receive an email 2 days later that they couldn't do as the borders and colours weren't in the correct format! On saying there was no time for us to re-do the artwork we cancelled the order and we're told that the money would be refunded in 3days minus 25 admin fee.
