I came across this website a while back, and was really interested in the free 20 prints it offered. Having just been on holiday to France, my photos were just waiting to be printed into hard copies rather than in digital form only, so I decided to sign up and take the offer last Thursday (21st July 2005). Like a lot of digital photographers, after I've shared my pictures on Facebook and looked at them on the screen, I never get around to ordering prints. Using the machines in stores hardly makes getting prints any more convenient than with a conventional film camera (not that there aren't a gazillion other benefits from going digital) and I for one am just too lazy to bother! I found out about Snapfish when a friend sent me a link to www.aluminet.com/photos.html and I followed the link. The advert claimed that you got 20 free photos with no minimum order. I went to the site to find out what the catch was. There wasn't one. All you have to do is sign up and upload your photos free of charge. Then, you will be credited with 20 free 4"*6" prints (you get an option at the end to change these dimensions slightly to suit ...

I was originally told about Snapfish by a family member as I was always saying that I never get the photos on my digital camera developed. I went and had a look at the site & signed up straight away & it gave me 20 free prints, its a brilliant idea, you can upload you pictures into various folders & then pick which ones you want developed, how big you want them: 6 x 4 - 9p each, 7 x 5 - 19p each, 8 x 6 - 40p each, 10 x 8 - £1.20p each, 12 x 8 - £1.20p ...

I've ordered from Snapfish in the past and never had a problem but this time the item failed to arrive. I ordered a photobook - they're not the best quality but reasonable price in my opinion. I contacted Snapfish customer service via email but was extremely disappointed with their reply - wait 2 weeks and see if it shows up.
