    We deeply regret ordering anything from this company and hope that they go out of business. My wife and I ordered a Stokke Xplory travel pack on 23rd November 2009. It came with a car seat in the pack, and we also ordered a bouncy chair and some mobiles. We ordered over the phone and were told that the order would be delivered wihtin two weeks. This, it turns out, was a bare-faced lie. Naturally, they took our money straight away.     We actually ordered our buggy instore with them and it did arrive when it said it would. HOWEVER when it arrived the front break bit was broken and it seemed due to a bit of a design fault. we took it back within the "7 day no quibble qurantee" offer which they promise and here is when it gets bad- they looked at the buggy agreed it was faulty and offered us an exchange whhich we declined as we felt as this buggy had a real design flaw. They then REFUSED to refund us until they had spoken to the manufacturer!??! my husband is a solicitor and is quite aware and so am i of how totally illegal ... more

    I ordered a Silvercross travel system 26/11/08 had confirmation email saying that it would be delivered within 30 days. 30 days passed so i emailed tlf to find out what was happening and they say replied saying that i would have it within 14 days which i thought ok, but 14 days passed and one false alarm with having the baby so i decided to cancel the ordered on 05/01/09 which tlf accepted and said that i would have full refund within 30days due to distance selling regs 2000. As I stated in my review, I had read elsewhere that somebody got their money back by using money claim online (See web address below) Yesterday, I got a cheque though the post for the full amount including my fees that I had to pay to Money claim (£25.00). Total refund (£224.99) I filed the claim with Money Claim on the 26th Jan 09 and they then served the company with court action. Twoleftfeet then had 14 days to respond and state whether they have any claim to answer.     The website is clear, simple and fast to navigate. Items are arranged by type (e.g. travel systems, car seats) and manufacturer which is great whether you are just browsing or looking for a specific item. They do have a wide range of all types of baby equipment and accessories advertised on their website and the prices are good, delivery is free to the UK. I have normally used kiddicare as their prices are similar and delivery is normally within a couple of days but although they did have the same product in stock they did not have the colour scheme that I wanted so I decided to order from ... more

    I placed an order in store to the value of over £500 with Two Left Feet on August 23 2008, they immediately took the full payment - I am currently still awaiting delivery of the items ordered with a baby due to arrive any day. My partner and I have e-mailed the company 4 times to chase up our order, 3 of these have been ignored. There has also been no aftersales contact telephone number since we placed our order, apparently due to a location move of the aftersales team.     I used Two Left Feet to order a Dutailer Gliding Chair and Footstool, I have now been waiting 11 weeks and still no chair. I was trying to order the chair beofre the babies arrive so I could relax etc at this rate I am not sure if I will ever see the chair! I have tried so many times to speak to their customer services department who are really unhelpful and not very empathic. They take over 409 minutes each time you try and get through to answer, their whole way of doing business is just unacceptable.     My wife and I tried to by our little girl a buggy from them, on the site it was available for immediate dispatch yet after two week of chasing we were told that the buggy was no longer being made and they were unable to supply it. All this time the buggy was showing in stock on the website and still does! We were told they would supply a different colour and when we didn't want power puff blue as it was for a girl they were really difficult about cancelling the order.     Ordered goods totalling £435 in March after three months of excuses, including "waiting for a container to be filled and shipped over" still no goods! I had to cancel and waited 30days but no refund! I wrote an email to accounts@twoleftfeet and sent a letter recoded delivery to board of directors giving them notice that I was going to make a claim through Her Majesty's court Service! Would you beleive a cheque arrived two days later and it DID clear!!! This seems to be the only way to get your refund as they do not refund straight to your account so don't waiste time checking every day to see ... more

    Ordered goods on the mid December and the money credited my card immediately, it is now 6 weeks later and I am still waiting for the goods to arrive. You can ONLY email regarding goods you have purchased and paid for and an automated response is sent back to you which does not answer your questions (however, if you wish to spend more money you can speak to a representative on the phone!). I wish I had read the reviews from Caio before I used the company as we all seem to have the same experiences. Will never use again and ... more
