    Continuing my mission of netting a million quid from the Internet I have discovered uproarlotto. It is a separate site from the famous online Uproar stable. The free lottery available at Uproar is daily entry, in the mould of bananalotto, however is not a patch on the Banana game, and seems to be a bit of a design hash, in negative comparison to the rest of the wonderful Uproar experience.     Advantages Advantages free to play and guarenteed hours of fun

    Disadvantages Disadvantages loads of pop ups but not a major hassle if you ignore them

    I love uproar and find it a great way to while away the hours.There are loads of different games to choose from and somthing to suit everybody. There are loads of games you can pay for cash prizes (anything from £3 to £100). There is a real sense of community and the players all make newcomers very welcome. GAMES: GAMESHOWS, Always wanted to be on a gameshow well now's your chance. You can play Family fortunes just like on tv it even has the wrong answer noise and you play for prize entry draws which are placed into a hat and drawn at the end of the week and the winner recieves £50 so the more ... more

    Uproar is another one of those gaming websites that give out prizes in return for your online time. Uproar is indeed the best, and it was the first, founded in 1996 by an American company going by the name of E-Pub. Since 1996, Uproar have been giving away well over £1000 a week, and it’s no surprise that they are still with us. WEBSITE DESIGN: Uproar’s website has a funky but easy to use feel.     Uproar.co.uk This is a GREAT site, whether you win anything or not. It is such a joy to be on as it is great fun and a great way to waste time!! Uproar is a site on which you play games in order to win prizes.     I thought i would check out this site after reading a few reviews about it. The first thing that hits you when you arrive at the site is the number of games that are available to play. You first have to register to use the site(like most competitions)This normally takes about five minutes, where you enter your usuall details and also pick a screen name for yourself(which is what you use when playing games) There are so many different areas of games, ranging from tv related games to quiz games and you can even play bingo.     Uproar promise the opportunity to play a variety of games, some based on TV game shows (actually under license from the producers so it's an accurate representation). It also holds out the chance of a cash prize... and all for free. Games fall into two broad categories; prize games and fun games. You don't play directly for prizes, but instead for entries to the periodic draws. Obviously the more entries you earn the greater your chances, but even occasional players don't need to feel left out, after all, 'it could be you'.     When I first heard about uproar I was over the moon. You can play games and win stuff, even just little games with little prizes. I was addicted by Bingo and must have played it for at least a week non-stop. Finally I won - even though it was only £ 5 - but hey I felt great. So I continued playing and won again, this time a £15 Amazon voucher. I was delighted. Patiently I waited for the promised post with my vouchers but nothing arrived. I contacted Uproar by e-mail but received no reply at first. Only after a few attempts I received an e-mail back saying that there was no record of me winning ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages The repetitiveness of games like 'Hangman'

    I have to admit that this site is, for me, easily the best of it’s kind. Having just read Jenny’s opinion on this site I have to stress that she is completely right about the games on the site. There are so many to choose from. Family Fortunes and Catchphrase especially spring to mind. I really enjoy playing these games as you are pitted in groups of internet users and you have to use your knowledge to gain points against theirs. Unfortunately I don’t tend to have too much luck with these games but I enjoy them anyway. Maybe the only downside is having to wait in between ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Don't come here if you want to win loads of money

    Arrrgh I hate it, but that is just a personal opinion! Uproar has a lot going for it in terms of gameplay, but hardly anything going for it in terms of prizes unless you want to play bingo for 24 hours a day. You can see from the halls of fame that some people have played some games thousands of times and have never won, makes you wonder what they do all day... The site is a bit annoying in the way that adverts keep popping up and interrupting gameplay, and some of the games just seem to freeze you out for no reason, and personally I can think of some much better sites to play games for money ... more

    I came across uproar from a link when looking at another site and thought I would give it a try. You register with the site and the you can play an assortment of games for prizes or just for fun. The prizes vary from £15 in weekly draws to £100+ on the full house bingo. All the games are free to play and although I have not yet won anything I dont mind because they are great fun. My personal favourite is trivia free for all, the prize is only £3 each hour but the game has a chat room facility so you can have a chat and a bit of a laugh while you play, I have had conversations with people in ... more
