I already had this machine (which I had bought from a shopping channel), and knowing how wonderful it was, ordered another from Via tv for a friend. Recently we got into a discussion about juicers and my friend said that she had used her's only once as it wasn't what I made it out to be. Hence I took a drive to her place and inspected her so called Jack La Lane machine and realised that it was a bad copy of the original. I tried juicing and the juice ...
...pulp was floating in the juice once in the refuse jug. I was totally embarrassed and had to apologise to my friend profusely and make amends. Ofcourse I couldn't send the item back as it had passed its due date. I would never buy and accept anything from this company ever again. I have bought many many items online and on TV shopping channels, but never been ripped offed and embarrassed like this before. I HOPE NO ONE WILL EVER GET CAUGHT TO A SCAM ...

I ordered an fitness equipment , which was due to be delivered in 2 days. After getting my money they send me mail that it would be delay by 3 weeks, and after that they send me another mail to inform that their container has arrived and unloading is taking place which would take another 10 days... At that point I asked to cancel my order ... they didnt repond initially ... They even igonored to respond to mail. Their phone doesnt work , it just ...
...charge you while you are waiting to lodge a complain , but you wont be able to get thru... and even they wont return back your call... I havent receive my goods nor I have received a REFUND.... SHame on such FRAUD company.... I REPEAT under no Circumstance should you buy from them They are BOGUS AND FRAUD ..... ...

I don't believe it, I so wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order with them. I am in the same situation no response to my e-mails or phonecalls, unbelievable. i am totally shocked. I have not received my goods and honestly don't expect so, I have contacted my bank and have to fill in a form to try and get my money back as I paid by debit card. I ordered and received my items without any problem in September 08, but then the vibrotonic machine I bought stopped working (April 09). To cut a very very long story short, they had given me the same order number as someone in the uk and told me that it was out of warranty. When I FINALLY made them realise that this wasn´t the case, I was promised a replacement, but they were out of stock for 8 weeks. I sent them an email when the 8 weeks was up ...
...waited and waited, sending numerous emails. After many excuses and requests to confirm my details on their part and many threats to go to trading standards on my part, they offered to send me a refund cheque. I AM STILL WAITING (18 August 09). DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE is my best advice!!!! ...

You are a thieving conman end of story. July 16th I made my original order, despite multiple attempts at getting a response out of you, I have recieved nothing. Simple, do not buy anything from this bogus thief. The few good reviews are left by this weirdo and his fellow cronies. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Sadly trading standards have proven an utterly toothless organisation in this particular case. They seem content to let this parasite continue his dirty activities. Apparently grand larceny over the internet is perfectly acceptable in this country. (just don't do it on the streets) ...

I purchased from this Via-TV despite the reviews on this site and because of positive ebay feedback. The goods were received promptly but 6 weeks later proved faulty (manufacturing quality) The Via-TV web site clearly indicated they had a fault with the phone lines so I limited my contact via email. After some cordial dialogue with Mr Patel, Via-TV replaced my goods by next day courier at no expense to myself, even allowing me to keep the faulty ...

I just want to say that I did actually receive the product, and quite quickly but it is not a company I would deal with again. First the product was missing an item, value £17, and all they offered was free postage on a future purchase. They still have the misleading advert online. Then I discovered they had taken £10 more than they agreed from my credit card through paypal. Now they won't respond to emails or phonecalls (while they are being paid part of 0871 phone call rate.) How can the managing director give himself a 5 star rating? ...

I previously submitted a review about VIA TV selling my company's products without permission. I'd like to update customers as I have had a positive outcome. The company was in fact not selling FLEXI-BARS like they had advertised. At this stage, they cannot confirm exactly what the product is, but it's a vibrating bar that is definately not FLEXI-BAR. Since my last review they have removed all images relating to our product and have changed its name. ...
...and I hope that I have helped. If you see a product with a price point that is too good to be true, it most probably is. Check the website's terms and conditions of purchase and call their hotline to see if anyone actually answers the phone. All websites need to have a contact number, office address as well as terms and conditions of purchase. I CAN ONLY RE-ITERATE OTHERS EXPERINCE DO NOT BUY.. This company is a rogue outfit that delivered my goods very late, sent me irrelavant e-mails about goods I hadn't ordered, did not respond to my e-mails once I had received the poorly refurbished goods. I have written to the MD who gave his compant a 5* rating on this website - No response. My credit card company has said they won't help claiming their help is 'timebound' and I will now have to fight for my money via the small claims court.. If their MD - Mr A Patel is reading this he should be ashamed of his company but then if he is raking the money in from his punters he probably doesn't care. ...

After ordering the goods, I read the reviews and I thought..... what have I done?. I had to give them a chance and was patient. I received three different e-mails informing why the goods were late. I never contacted them... I waited. As I live in Spain and they had just started on this area, I thought it logical they would have some logistic problems. Eventually the goods arrived and I was happy and relieved!!!! I ordered on the 23rd August and they delivered on the7th October. I gathered that if you are prepared to wait, the goods will arrive. I paid much less for the goods than what other companies charge... worth the wait? I think so. ...

I have had the same BAD expereince, this company should NOT be allowed to keep ripping people off. I have contact trading standards who have been very helpful!! I have noticed that they have chnaged there contact details from MIDDLESEX to PORTUGAL, does any have the old contact details as trading standards are going to check this property out. Thanks ...

I bought and paid for a steam iron 7 weeks ago and have still not recived it. I have had the same excuses as everyone else ie " trouble with suppliers" etc. Fortunatly i paid by credit card and am able to get a refund and i have reported them to the trading standards.
