    My husband decided 6 months ago to bite the bullet and leave his stable job to go into the big wide world on his own, be his own boss in other words. I fully supported his decision knowing that he was good at his job as a ground worker/builder and that he would have no problem getting the work in.     I am the senior administrator at my company, and since working here I have been contacted by so many stationary companies offering 'bargins' and 'value for money' and in my company - thats the most important thing, we do a big order of stationary every week, and every few weeks we buy furniture and a vast amount of cleaning product. Their UK headquarters are in Leicester, with additional premises in London (Kent) and Manchester. No one in the UK sells more office products to more customers than Viking.     Because I am in the process of looking for some home business opportunities and have just set up my own website I found I was going through a lot of stationary. Including things like cartridges for my Epson Inkjet printer and envelopes etc. The biggest problem with this was the cost of purchasing these items each time. Especially when you buy them from the high street. I already had a catalogue from a company called Staples who at the beginning did not seem to badly priced.     Viking Direct is a site selling office stationery and consumables. I have used the site to order items online for the past four years and it has proved to be an invaluable asset, both for my private, and business use. I work for the local council from my home address and Viking is by far the best and easiest site from which to order stationery and office supplies.     I have been using Viking Direct for the past year or so. I am an artist and i buy all my postage and packing materials from them. They offer a wide range of goods for the work place or home office. A lot of the items are Viking's own brand which keeps the costs down but the also offer a full range of the leading brand names. Everything you order is covered by a 1 year guarantee and they often have very good sale deals on.     where to start?? Well... I was looking for a COMFORTABLE office/swivel chair (because my cheap great LOOKING but hard uncomfortable plastic IKEA chair was damaging my back!). After checking out what nectar estores could offer, I realised viking-direct sold chairs too (previously having a vague idea of viking-direct offering only office supplies/stationary).     I have recently ordered loads of office stationery and supplies from this web site and I can save an absolute fortune. Sometimes I can order an item to find that once it has been placed in my basket that another 22% has been taken off my bill. It is so easy to set up your account and everytime you enter the site you type in your username and your password and the account details are all on screen.
