Absolutely terrible! Not sure what else I can say. The support is virtually non existent and once you log a support call there is no way of tracking the problem other than phoning up and been put on hold for 20 minutes. Once the problem is finally resolved they dont even tell you. The VPS's are shoddy and the amount of dedicated memory is very suspicious. Mine has gone down today and I've been told that hopefully it might be up and running sometime tomorrow. Avoid this lot at all costs.

I signed up for a reseller account with them and soon received a email with my user/pass which dint work, i thought it must be the usual 24hr wait period but even after 3 days it was the same. I tried contacting their support without any response. I only got automated replies saying my inquiry will be looked upon soon but it never was. Its been 17 days counting today and my account is still inactive. They have my credit card details and my billing is set to monthly. If they bill me(because i cant change it to don't bill me) i am taking this matter to court or at least alert other people not to get scammed like i did.

The most god-awful bunch of incompetent fools I have every had the displeasure of spending my money on!!! Idiots!!! Stay clear - they don't have a clue, I had problems from the start, priblems cancelling, and even after a truely awfull customer service and technical support 12 months with them, they still pester me with 'reports' on my old hosting package. If you like your hosting companies to employ folks with brains - look elsewhere! Websfusion sucks.
