    Please beware of Wolu.co.uk. I have been stung badly by this website. After falling for the comments (posted by the company themselves) in various forums I took a punt on this site. £360 and nearly 2 weeks later my order still has not arrived. I ordered my Camera on the Monday after being told I would receive it the same week. Come Thursday the website still displayed my order status as Pending. I sent at least 5 emails to the various departments on the website over the course of the following days to get an update I received no reply at all!     Purchased myself a Canon Powershot S90. Great camera and I love the design too :) wolu offers great prices on the camera that I purchased. Its much cheaper than other online stores not mention about high street. Packing is good and everything is intact without damage. Delivery should be quicker. Website homepage has too much stock there and should made everything clearer so it will be easier to find. Registration and purchasing functions are ease to use and quick.     I live in London and at first I read mixture of comments and wanted to collect the camera myself instead of paying online. I emailed them and they responded within 12 hours, although they did not allow me to collect but they were really polite on the email. Therefore, I decided to give it a go.     I received very good service from wolu. I was expecting the delivery was over 7 working days as left by others on ciao. However, I received my order on 5th days and I am very happy with it. My lens was carefully packaged and I am very happy afterall. Emails were received when the status have changed (automatic). I have not contacted the customer service which I cannot comment on. The ordering processes were very easy and products range are large.     Purchased a Canon s90 4 days ago and already received it. Saw a lot of fair reviews for this company but I personally had a great experience with it. Prices are fab, with such a bargain, I can save myself some extra cash for memory cards :) Layout is quite clear with regard to branding and items categories.     I purchased my Canon G11 on 14th of Feb and it came after 10 days I purchased. Unfortunately, I was not at home and did not pick up the parcel on the day and the item has been returned to England instead of sitting at Germany post office depot for me to pick up. They tried so hard to locate the parcel and found out it was sitting at UK's national sorting office. They are really nice and update the status with me daily.     I purchased some Hoya filters on their websites which are in bargain prices. I had a look around before I made the purchase and got some mixed opinions with the company. I can confirm the items are sent from UK and with VAT receipt. The comments are all created by new accounts which I believe they are some creations from competitors. Anyway, lets talk about the company instead, all items are brand new, ordering process are fairly easily and for registered users only.     I think wolu.co.uk provided the best competitive prices in cameras and lenses categories. I bought myself a Canon lens, took 6 days. I do not shop online too regularly nor writing reviews. I purchased from ebay and amazon before, had bad experience with ebay and slow delivery with amazon and no customer service. I would give 8.5/10, with regard to prices, delivery time and reliability.     In my opinion, I feel wolu is a secure site to purchase at. I purchased myself a JVC MG630 camcorder, it took 5 days for delivery. From my point of view, this is fair enough as the low prices made up for the delivery time as I do not need to item in urgent. The camcorder is in PAL, so suitable to use in UK without any problem. The item came by DHL from London and the service they used is fab coz they re-deliver uptill 9pm if I ring on the same day for re-delivery.     The website design is not that great as I think it looks too cramp. I would prefer something more clear cut which will make my shopping experience easier. Products ranges are big as it has a lot of different accessories. The best things I like are Hoya and B+W Filters as they are quite hard to find else where and prices here are excellent. Customer services are excellent which they response email gurantee within 24 hours unlike Amazon which is based on trust as it is well developed.
