    What they offer Missguided are an online retailer that offer clothes, footwear, accessories (including their own range of beauty products) Not only are they way up there with the rest of the online shops but they offer their own blog too!! I was first drawn to this website after scouring all my magazines for new fresh retailers and I have not been disappointed, it may also be worth noting that Look magazine often have a discount code for the website exclusive to their readers so keep your eyes peeled!     As a woman, and with my love of shopping I absolutely LOVE online shopping and missguided.co.uk is my absolutel favourite website! - Who it is Aimed at - Aimed at women, predominantly aged range 18-35 (In my opinion anyway) it has a great range of clothes, from dresses, hosiery, trousers, tops etc all in an affordable price range and up to date with current fashion trends.     Being a total Fashion Addict myself, I'm always on the look out for new clothing websites especially ones that I know other people havent heard of so I can buy myself something different from everybody else! I also love it when I find a new site that sell gorgeous clothes at impressive prices and Missguided.co.uk is certainly one of them.     I feel giving 1 star is being generous! I made an order two days ago for 3 Onesies and a pair of leggings, however on completion of the order an error occurred. I signed back into my missguided account to find no evidence that an order had been placed or that an order had ever existed. Fair enough I thought so I went back through the website to re-add the items to my basket and try again. To my horror when checked my bank balance the money for the now 'non existent' order was 'Pending' to leave my account. This morning missguided have taken the money completely.     Although I like the design of the actual product, when the product arrived the colour was a lot brighter than expected from the picture on the website. On the site the skirt actually looked burgundy (as it is advertised), however in real life the skirt is bright red. Regardless of this set back I still liked the skirt, but after wearing it once, and following the care instructions and hand washing it, the fabric became puckered and looks years old. Not what I would expect after one wear. The stitching on the hem also came undone during my first wear of the product, and once I noticed this I ... more

    I was quite excited about finding Missguided online. The clothes seemed nice and not too expensive so I set about ordering a nice jumper from there. I placed the order, only to be told minutes later that it was now sold out and that they would be giving me a refund & 10% off my next order. Ace, I thought, I can get those heels I had my eye on and get 10% off. A few weeks had passed and I suddenly got a despatch notice telling me my order had shipped.     Disadvantages Disadvantages Slow refund/exchange process. Technical issues with site all the time.

    I have used Misguided several times in the past few months and in terms of products and prices they are amazing! Literally i can't fault the clothes every time I order something 9 times out of 10 I am happy with it, it looks as though it does in the pictures which I don't always find with other online retailers. I am also happy that it is not as popular as other sites and less people know about it because it means I can get really nice clothes and not worry about everybody wearing them!     I came across this online fashion retailer after seeing their adverts in Grazia, Look and More magazines. I had sort of heard about them but hadn't visited their website before.     I ordered a number of outfits from missguided, of which many of the items where either a different colour or one different size as I had never shopped on this site before and didnt know what size I would fit. The items arrived, i tried the clothes on and returned the items I did not want the very next day. I have proof of sending from the post office. I then waited a month for my refund, nothing. Started to chase in April for the monies. Still nothing.     Okay, so the clothes are lovely, bang on trend and affordable. Do not be fooled by this though! Here is what happened to me.. 1)I ordered 2 dresses and a skirt, and changed my address on my account as i have moved to a new flat. I received and email saying my order was confirmed. 2) After waiting 5 days (the time they said it would take to receive my order) i still had received nothing through the post.
