Advantages: cheap
Disadvantages: completely unreliable

I booked the courier on Wednesday night, to pick the parcel up on Thursday and deliver on Friday. It is now Friday and the parcel has still not been collected. I have sent their "Customer Helpdesk" several messages, both from their own webpage and via e-mail, and so far have yet to receive a single reply. Disadvantages: Have not picked up packages 4 times out of 4.

I used to use Parcel2Go all the time. Their prices were good & service great. Suddenly everything went pear shaped. The last 4 times I have tried to use them they have failed to collect the items in question. On 1st occasion they failed to pickup item 3 days on the trot. Disadvantages: No specific time or notification of courier arrival

Not sure why most of people are not happy with parcel2go, I can't say it's a bargin+quality service but for such a cheap courier they really do their job as best as they can. Placed my order on a bank holidy, a sequence of confirmation emails then sent to me, collected at 2.30pm in the afternoon next day!!! I have to say I've had no problems with Parcel2go ever. Shocking I know - particularly after reading other peoples experiences with them. I've used them about 20 times in the last couple of years for big parcels and each time they've picked up on the specified day (granted actual pick-up time is seemingly random). Utterly, utterly incompetent. We tried to use them for an ebay sale, and they took our money (via PayPal), then failed to collect the item. When we contacted them about it, our booking wasn't even in the system!! In the end the only way we got our money back was buy getting PayPal to refund it themselves. Disadvantages: 3 missed collections and refused to upgrade service to account for delays

Parcel wasnt collected as scheduled on 24/12. I emailed them twice on the 27th and again on the 28th. They said they had scheduled a 2nd collection for the 27th but didnt bother to tell me - and that failed too. They then told me they couldnt collect today (28th) as it needed to be booked by 10:30am, even though I had emailed them before that time to report the failed collection the day before. I used these guys to pickup on the 11th for a delivery on the 14th. The pickup didn't happen on the 11th, couldn't get anyone till the 14th. Looked at the tracker that said awaiting collection. Was told on the 14th that the driver had been to the address and the goods weren't ready.
