There are plenty of extended wear lipsticks on the market nowadays but this was the original and in my opinion still the best, It has a huge range of colours available to suit everyone from the palest skin to the darkest. If youve never worn one of these lipsticks then the first time could feel quite wierd as they dry completely on your lips until there as dry as naked lips. I have become a fan of Revlon Colorstay Lipcolour having been given a sample by a friend. The colour does actually stay for a long time without being too matte and drying and as such performs its function well. The range of colour is limited although it does have some good staple colours. The first time I ever used this product, was when I got married. Before this, I had only ever used the old style of lipstick. However, for my wedding I wanted something special and was advised to use this. I was shown how to outline the lips with the lip liner, and then apply the lipstick with a small lip brush. It felt surprisingly dry, but was also very easy to apply and using the brush meant it was easy to apply where needed.
