Revlon Colorstay Liquidliner goes for about £5.00 in any drugstore and is one of my go-to liners, hands down. The tip is like a marker and you can shake the liner to loosen up/stir it up. If you haven't used liquid liner before, try this one. It stays on and if you do make a mistake, wipe with a DRY tissue (wet tissue will just smudge it everywhere).

It stays on as long as you need it to and wipes away easily with makeup remover. It lasts forever; I bought mine late last year and I still use it now! Will give you a nice seamless 'cat-eye' look.

My only gripe is that it's quite runny and thin which is good because it prevents clumping, but it does require a bit of technique to apply. If you want to run over your liner, let it dry first and then apply another coat, otherwise you get the 'liquid paper' look where it smudges up and looks blotchy.

Overall however, this is the neatest, fastest, most handy liquid eyeliner I have used, and will keep using!
