I have been using this product for over a year now and am on my second bottle. I love it so much that I am not planning to replace my heavier foundation when it runs out as I only want to use this, of course, I'll keep some concealer on my makeup bag for those emergencies!

I cant really describe the smell of the liquid, which you should know, is quite runny. it smells sort of perfumed but it really just smells like any other foundation. Its got quite a rich consistency to it despite it being runny. My skin has never had a bad reaction to this product, it always goes on perfectly and lasts all day.

Skin lights comes in 4 shades to suit all skin colours. I use the very lightest shade as I have very pale skin. It costs £9 ish from all Revlon counters and is readily available in Boots.

Skin lights is made by Revlon and aims to reflect light to brighten your complexion. Apparently light reflecting pigments in foundation and face cream make skin look more youthful so its supposedly good for mature skin. However Im not sure I agree with this because when its onl the skin it makes it very bright and dewy, and more people have noticed my complexion when Ive been wearing this, so if you have a heavily wrinkled face you might not want to draw extra attention to it!

Recently I am wearing this product without heavier foundation underneath as my skin is magically clear for the first time since I can remember, It makes my skin look extremely healthy and looks fantastic on sunny days.

These tints are made for brightening the complexion so if you have blemished skin that you want covering up it might be a good idea to mix the tints with a little of your regular foundation to increase the coverage.

If you pick the correct tint for your skin tone you cant really tell you are wearing any foundation so using this product wont make you look overly made up.

The liquid smells quite perfumed and occasionally the pump gets clogged up and it is difficult to get the liquid out of the tube.

The shape of the tube tapers off towards the end so you cant stand this product up like you would with normal foundation. You can stand it upside down when the lid is on but if you havent got much left in the bottle this will obviously make all the liquid run up to the top making it even harder to get out when you want to use it.

The tint itself is really good quality and makes skin look healthy and bright but the packaging could do with being improved to avoid the pump getting clogged and so that it can be stood up to make it more practical.

Despite the issues I have with the packaging I love this product, its given a new lease of life to my skin and makes me look bright and healthy even on the dullest of bad skin days!

Thanks for reading! Nat x

Sounds like one I'd love, but, every time I go and try it out at Boots, the damned sample bottles are so messy and I imagine mine would end up in the same state! Might be worth another try, I use their skinlights blush cream so I know this range is nice. Soph

Isn't annoying how so many great products they put out today are just not readily accessible from their bottling? LoL, i hate it when things get "clogged." Chris xx
