shine like a star and glisten like a sunkissed model with this wonder of a product.

I have wanted some of this stuff for absolubtly ages but have always been put off by the price- £8.99 for 40ml- so when christmas came around it was straight on the top of my list! I put in my 'order' to my mum so soon that i had completly forgotten i had asked for it by the time it was christmas day! But when i opened it up i couldnt wait to get it on.

It comes in a range of colours: natural light, pink light, peach light and golden bronze. It depends on your skin tone and your preferance as to which one you choose. I have got natural light and it is the lightest one you can get because i have very pale skin.

It is rather like a foundation, but much lighter in texture so it is easy to blend in. It is supposes to enhance your skin by reflecting light, which i suppose it does, but a more natural way of saying it would be to say that it makes you shimmer classily! It is not like one of those glitter pots tacky things that you see teeny-boppers plastering over their faces to try and make themselves look older!

It is spf 15 and is enriched with vitamins C and E. I dont know quite what benefit, if any, this has to the skin, probably just makes it sound posher and bumps up the price by a couple of pounds!

When i came to use it, it was every bit as good as i had hoped. It took ages to pump out, i thought it was broken infact, but my sister sat pumping it a couple of HUNDRED MILLION times whilst watching the queens speech on christmas day, which seemed to do the trick!

I tend to only use it when i am going out to make myself feel like im done up that little bit more, but it is suitable for every day wear. However i wouldnt recommend putting it over the whole face as it could make you look like an um-pa-lump-a. I just use it on my cheekbones to highlight them, and its fantastic to use as an eye colour.

It is light enough for foundation to be worn underneath it if you wish, but im not really a one for foundation, i find it too heavy. Skinlights is a fantastic alternative to foundation because you dont have to cake it on and it makes you look all healthy and alive.

Dont be put off by the price, you only use half a pump every time you use it, a little goes a long way. It looks great in summer to make you look all fresh and new, but is equally good in winter to brighten you up a bit. The only down fall i can find in this product is that it does smell a bit like playdoh! Its not a horrible smell. Just reminds you of those nursery days!
