Advantages: A fantastic book Disadvantages: You won't be able to put it down!
...An Underground Education is written by RichardZacks and is a treasury of information that you might not have seen anywhere else.
The book has an outrageously long subtitle: "the unauthorised and outrageous supplement to Everything you Thought you Knew About Art, Sex, Business, Crime, Science, Medicine, and Other Fields of Human Knowledge."
Is that sub-title I any way accurate? Yes. It is. The book is an interesting collection of disparate yet fascinating facts about many different fields of knowledge.
The introduction reveals Zacks to be a very interesting person. Certainly he is as interesting as you would suspect the author of such a wonderful book to be. He decided to flunk college. And then proceeded to find professors in Italy who would teach him what he wanted to know. His plan to learn Italian at Perugia University...

Advantages: gives you information about Richard Pelzer Disadvantages: dont know.
...When I first read Richard Pelzers book I couldn't help but feel that he saw what reaction his brother got from 'A Child Called It' and decided to make a fortune himself, but as you read the book you see what he went through because David wasn't there.

His books are all about the abuse he recieved from his mother when his older brother David was taken away by the authorities, but unlike David, Richard never was taken away by them and had to suffer with that abuse for most of his childhood.
There has apparently been a big fued between Richard and his brother because David's said he's making it all up, just for the money, but Richard's defended himself saying he'd rather give all the money to charity, that's where me and my brother...
