For satisfaction of high-performance requirements in office networks of today, Ricoh presents the new Aficio AP1400. The advanced technology of this printer assures full compatibility with Windows or MacOS -based computers. High print speed, and top-quality results are the key advantages of this new printer generation. In addition, both printers offer ease of operation, a space-saving design and printing on a network environment. The Aficio AP1400 is fast: after less than 10 seconds the first page comes out, and the systems is ready for impressively high output at the remarkably fast speeds of either 14 pages (A4 size). This is achieved through a powerful processor (VR4300 133 MHz 64-bit RISC), and a short, straight paper path. This printer sets new standard in its class by virtue of their remarkably small dimensions for A4 and A3 printers. Its weight and measurements are much smaller than those of competitive machines of similar performance levels.

The printer does not do too well in the reliability department. The 'Reliability and Service Survey' gives it's a reliability rating of average. SP C222DN works well for small groups and offices. However the inadequate installation documentations limit its popularity. The design elements are also not up to the mark. Users may find a better printer than this one in the same price range!
RicohAficio's SP C222DN color laser printer is cheaper than many of its contemporaries. The printer has good speed and also comes with a one year warranty period. Twenty four hour customer service is available for this printer; throughout the year. The printer is easy to maintain and its running cost is low.

Advantages: The Just Link technology helps much in burning CDs. Disadvantages: I haven't found it, yet.
...the first investment to have our data transferred onto a CD is more expensive (if it is being compared with investment on having a floppy drive and or the others), I am sure it is still advantageous. The price per megabyte of the data space of each device should be one of our main considerations.
My Ricoh MP7200A
It is an ATAPI Internal model CD RW drive with the following specifications: 20x10x40x. Personally I have used it for about 1 year, and I think it is a tough and nice one. This CD RW drive is packed with Nero Burning ROM 5.0, and it cost me about Rp 1,500,000 (about GBP 100) and todays’ price is about Rp 1,200,000 (about GBP 80).

Advantages: Burns the CDs effortlessly and no coasters Disadvantages: Not a DVD recorder
...a CD that goes wrong during the burn process for those that dont know.
Ok, for watching DVD's Ricoh have packaged up Cinemaster software. Once it is installed and you have it working it is great with loads of functionality. However, it does take some matering and there is limited instructions on how to use it. Poor show.
Performance.
Brillo! I have not had any problems with it and it truly is a great drive. Ok, its not the quickest drive on the market but it is flexible by including both CD and DVD capability. Watching movies and listening to music is great and its spick up speed and responsiveness are excellent.
No coasters on the burn are a credit to both software and the hardware. it must be a very stable device that requires minimum resources. Outside interference from running applications also do not phase this device and will...
