The Aficio AP3200 is a thoroughbred in every sense of the word. Why not use the Aficio AP3200 as the printer for all your needs, instead of having to maintain a dozen devices scattered around the department? Ricoh developed this printer specifically for medium-sized workgroups and to handle production jobs like report printing, monthly invoice runs, direct mailings and much more. The printer contains a speedy 64-bit ASIC controller, quite exceptional in the industry. The accompanying software contains Ricoh's state-of-the-art network management software tools, leaving the administrator in total control of all the Aficio printers on the network. Your users' productivity will soar with fast duplexing, collation and stapling. They will be able to print confidential documents privately or print multiple sets directly from their PC.

The printer does not do too well in the reliability department. The 'Reliability and Service Survey' gives it's a reliability rating of average. SP C222DN works well for small groups and offices. However the inadequate installation documentations limit its popularity. The design elements are also not up to the mark. Users may find a better printer than this one in the same price range!
RicohAficio's SP C222DN color laser printer is cheaper than many of its contemporaries. The printer has good speed and also comes with a one year warranty period. Twenty four hour customer service is available for this printer; throughout the year. The printer is easy to maintain and its running cost is low.

Advantages: The Just Link technology helps much in burning CDs. Disadvantages: I haven't found it, yet.
...the first investment to have our data transferred onto a CD is more expensive (if it is being compared with investment on having a floppy drive and or the others), I am sure it is still advantageous. The price per megabyte of the data space of each device should be one of our main considerations.
My Ricoh MP7200A
It is an ATAPI Internal model CD RW drive with the following specifications: 20x10x40x. Personally I have used it for about 1 year, and I think it is a tough and nice one. This CD RW drive is packed with Nero Burning ROM 5.0, and it cost me about Rp 1,500,000 (about GBP 100) and todays’ price is about Rp 1,200,000 (about GBP 80).

Ok, for watching DVD's Ricoh have packaged up Cinemaster software. Once it is installed and you have it working it is great with loads of functionality. However, it does take some matering and there is limited instructions on how to use it. Poor show.
Performance.
Brillo! I have not had any problems with it and it truly is a great drive. Ok, its not the quickest drive on the market but it is flexible by including both CD and DVD capability. Watching movies and listening to music is great and its spick up speed and responsiveness are excellent.
No coasters on the burn are a credit to both software and the hardware. it must be a very stable device that requires minimum resources. Outside interference from running applications also do not phase this device and will...
