Advantages: a great hit from a great band Disadvantages: none man
A hit song without an album, this was prized vinyl for many years (Warner Bros. 20146-0 A), until EMI smartly rereleased it on compact disc in 1999 with a little multimedia built in, whose centerpiece was a basic video for "TourdeFrance," assembled from old film footage of the aforementioned cross-country bicycle race. Fueled by heavy breathing, clicking bicycle spokes, and precise electronic syncopation, this single had all the elements of a breakdancers' paradise. Dreamy harp trills shimmered in response to an almost Asian melody line, punched by bass guitar pops, keyboard stabs, and ethereal string samples, suggesting the expansiveness of the French countryside and rolling hills, without ever forgetting that the race is in progress. The lyrics here (sung in French) are atypically human, giving an added warmth that other Kraftwerk ...
Advantages: Great fun, whole family can get involved, helps to keep you fit Disadvantages: It is quite expensive
My boyfriend and I eventually gave in and bought ourselves a Wii about 6 months ago. Then, on my birthday back in May, my parents bought me the Wii Fit. Since then, we have used it most evenings and have had an awful lot of fun using it.
What Is A Wii Fit?
A Wii Fit is sort of like a fitness game which is used in conjunction with the Wii Games Console. There is the usual disc which you insert into the Wii console and also a 'Balance Board' which is just like a set of weighing scales. You need to stand on the balance board for the various exercises and games that you will take part in. The balance board is slightly different from a normal set of weighing scales because as well as being able to measure you weight, it can also judge how much weight you place on each foot and where you centre of gravity (COG) is. From all this ...

Advantages: Fun, increases baloance, fitness and tones muscles Disadvantages: Needs more games to be released for the balance boad
I went on holiday to Tenerife this July and had to bring back a Wii Fit as its sold out here in the UK Always!!!!
So the first bit of advice is - if you go to a European country and the box says pal on it then the Wii Fit is in English and plays on your Wii.
Its a great way to motivate yourself and have fun whilst getting fit. It does all sorts of things from telling you your BMI and what it should be to sking down a ski slope inb one of the fun games that tones your legs and improves balance.
Im 22 and i love it and i would recommend it for adults and for parents to buy their kids so they can still play their video games but get the exercise that you dont on other video games as this is more than just a game! ...

When Geoff Thomas struggled to play a friendly game of tennis while on holiday in Mallorca in May 2003, he thought little of it. Recently retired as a footballer, he believed it was a sign of ageing and perhaps a pulled muscle. But when the pain wouldn't go away, his wife Julie persuaded him to go to a doctor. He was diagnosed as having leukaemia. RIDING THROUGH THE STORM focuses on his journey round the Tour de France in the summer of 2005, riding the 2,240-mile course in the 21 days it takes Lance Armstrong and all the top cyclists, despite never having cycled much before. Despite the odds against him achieving it, he rode the course and raised nearly 200,000 for charity. As he rides, he looks back on his successful career as a footballer, and the bone-marrow transplant that saved his life. This is a powerful, moving and inspirational story of extraordinary achievement.
