Rimmel 1-2-3 Looks Mascara

As with much of my make-up, I tend to buy whatever is on offer, thus meaning that if on offer I tend to get the better branded items, usually the things I could never normally afford. After spotting this on offer, due to it only just being sold, I was pleased to purchase a new mascara for just under £5.00, with the normal RRP being nearer £10.00, I do love a bargain! When it comes to mascara products, I'm not overly fussy. As long as it's cheap and does at least something positive to my eye lashes, then it's the product for me! When I visited Poundland a little while ago, I happened by chance to take a look at their make up section. Now I never do this as they don't usually have any brands that I am particularly interested in. One lunchtime I was browsing in Superdrug for a new mascara, ready to buy my usual Rimmel one, when I spotted this new Rimmel product on offer for £5.99 (usually £7.99) I'm a sucker for stuff that promises volume and when this one promised 10 times the volume, well that was me sold! Also I think Rimmel do a pretty decent line in Mascaras for that price range anyway, so was fairly confident. I have been for a long time now searching for my holy grail of mascaras – the one! So far my search has been fruitless with many mascaras tried along the way and summarily discarded! I am tough on mascaras, I have high standards and most don’t meet the requirements. But I think my search is finally over, I recently tried Rimmel’s new mascara the 123 Looks Mascara. It comes in a purple blue tube, which can be adjusted to whatever level of coverage you desire. I always keep an eye on the make-up that Poundland has in stock and tend to pick up items every couple of weeks. I didn't actually need a mascara at the time I picked this up but I had used Rimmel before and found it to be pretty good although not perfect so I picked it up, for £1 obviously and when in Boots I noticed it was selling for a shocking £7 which isn't bad in terms of mascara but seeing as you could go 5 shops and save yourself £6 well it seemed like a bad deal from Boots.
