Most cheap lip liners are as hard and scratchy as pencils or soft and mushy as lipstick. Either way they're no good for what they're intended. Not so these good quality liners from Rimmel. And at the price they are that truly rare commodity - a real bargain. In fact, some friends who have moved abroad are so keen on these I have to send them regularly to Singapore and America. I use these most days, but never when I'm going out. Why? Because they only do brown. Many shades of brown granted, but basically they're all brown (apart from one startlingly light red). There used to be an excellent deep purple which must have sold well - even if we were the only people who bought them our crowd certainly got through them! But that's a small gripe really. These do what they should, keep lipstick where it belongs and define the mouth and stay put for a good length of time.
