I am quite fussy when it comes to eye liners. I find some brands too hard and some too soft and smudgy. I guess it depends what kind of look you want to create for your eyes. I have quite big eyes and so I use liners just to accentuate them, so my looks are usually a smokey eye, a simply flick (created with liquid liner) or just a simple lined eye. I think Rimmel has a great collection of liners and they aren't too expensive. The Kohl pencil is only £2.99!!

I love Rimmel's Kohl pencil because it is so easy to use, I find if I make any mistakes I can easily take it off and start again, with making a real mess of my eyes. It is really soft too as the name suggests and I don't find myself dragging it along my eyelids, which can be harmful, it just goes on really easily. The jet black colour of the pencil I use is really great too, it stands out and looks really good on. I have brown eyes and naturally black lashes and so it really accentuates my eyes, those with different coloured eyes may find this particular colour quite dramatic, which could look good on a night out!

The pencil is of a good size and lasts well, depending on how much you use it. It's best to take care of it and sharpen it a little before you use it so you have a clean and easy application!
