There ... ...a product like this, you have a good chance of finding a colour for your skin, I think however they should be more colours for darker people my friend who is Indian struggled finding the right colour and had to mix 4 foundations with this to find her colour.
This product is a medium coverage which means you don't look caked but your skin is also being concealed by the foundation so no one can see those 'embarrassing spots'

--The Packaging-- I must admit, I love the product but the packaging isn't exactly the best I've ever seen. It isn't bad to say it is cheap anyway, but I prefer the look of leading brands like Diors foundation which are in elegant bottles.
--Application-- Use either a foundation sponge or a foundation brush, best effect is damping either the sponge or brush, not too much with water it makes it look really good, and has being recommended by many make-up artists around the Globe. Use circular motions when applying the foundation to the skin this helps stop patchiness to the skin but also make sure you haven't missed any of your skin.
--Texture-- It's a smooth feel to the skin, not to liquid; it makes my skin feel soooo soft, clarified and mattified.
--Appearance-- It makes my skin look so good, I couldn't believe it when I wore it for the first time, it makes the skin look flawless, and not too caked! The shine in my skin had gone, which was the main reason I bought this product, I am very satisfied with this product it's cheap and effective. This make-up is well known for its excellent coverage, I've heard so many positive reviews about this product and that it really covers well any imperfections you are dying to hide, but you still get that 'fresh faced look' which seem to be all true as when I wear it my skin doesn't look caked in make-up and covers all my problem areas.
When I wear it, it doesn't feel like I'm wearing any foundation it feels so light, I expected it to feel quiet heavy as most good coverage foundations as they are thicker to hide any flaws, but this foundation feels like I'm wearing nothing.
--Coverage-- One layer of this is defiantly enough, the good thing about this product is, if you have really bad skin you can build the coverage up, say you want a full coverage just by applying more it will cover the whole of your problem area if you apply more than one layer.
--Value for money-- I paid only £4 for this product which is a bargin, I've spent up to £24 on foundation and this delivers something not as good as the more expensive products as you would expect but something of high quality never the less.

...unwanted half used tube of rimmel stay matte foundation, i wasn't too sure about using it but i thought I'd give it a try. coverage when i applied it, i was overwhelmed with the results, my face looked flawless and i had no shine in my t-zone. I was expecting to feel the need to re-apply it after an hour or so but i was surprised by the fact that it looked freshly and newly applied. It was a really matte finish and my usual nightmare oily t-zone ... ...a huge lover of the rimmel makeup line and I'm never usually dissapointed with my results. The quality of all it's products are always excellent and i'm always ready to purchase more of their fabulous cosmetics. I have struggled to find foundation what with my blemished skin. They are either too greasy leaving me with more blemishes, too thin so I need lots or too thick leaving me looking pasty and un-natural. However, this is different and I will be trying it again when I run out.
With the same consistency and wearing feel as a more expensive foundation, this stays put and looks very natural. I recommend dotting it on your skin and blending it with your ... ...You should find it blends and almost disappears into the skin, taking away any uneven tones with it, which is how foundation is supposed to work! It blends into your neckline and has a very soft almost moistuiser like feel which is not sticky. It doesn't look like you have lots on either, even if you have! Rimmel stay matte is a really cheap foundation that can be found at any rimmel stockist such as boots or superdrug. It promises, well, to make you stay matte! By this, I mean that its formula helps to absorb excess oil on the skin and prevent shine that can be cause by either sweat or overly active sebaceous glands, particularly in the forehead. Anyone who suffers from this problem knows the nightmare of applying foundation ... ...as a spot cover up.
As always from rimmel this product is really cheap and while it might not compare to the really upmarket foundations if you're on a budget this is a fantastic product to buy. I've tried a ton of foundations and this is still my favourite! ...

I bought Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation for £1.99 in Boyes!
I have very oily skin and had just run out of my foundation, so thought I'd give it a try. SMELL: The first thing I noticed was that it smelt very nice, it had a soft girly flagrance which was not overpowering but noticeable. COLOUR: I bought the palest colour because I have quite porcelain skin, however this was very very pale! It made me look quite ill!
APPLICATION: The tube makes the ... ...the skin, I use a sponge to apply, but fingers also work!
COVERAGE: The foundation gave very good coverage, I do not have acne or spotty skin, but have discolourations that need colouring. However, the major problem with this product was that it was very oily on my skin, upon application it made my skin look dewy, but over the duration of the day, as my skin because more oily the foundation did nothing at all to give me a mette finish!

Rimmel lasting finish will always be the foundation i will continue to use. I have also fount an excellent coverge by clinque but can not afford to buy it. After comeing across this foundation i can not bear to use anything eles as i would really advise people to try it.
