    Advantages Advantages Tones the chin and neck very well with regular use. It doesn't hurt.

I had seen this neck toner many times on a QVC shopping channel and liked the way it was presented, so after a long time after first watching the show I decided to buy it and give it a go.     I purchased this little gadget from QVC as a Today´s special value at just over 20.00 GBP, including a tube of conductive gel (which you can also purchase separately). They still seem to have the best price at 25.00 GPB. It comes in a range of colours, I chose the aqua which is a light green/blue. EMS (electro muscle stimulation) sends electrical impulses which target the muscles and tone by "passive exercise".     My other half bought this gadget a couple of years ago from the shopping channel on TV for about £20 plus delivery. She used it a couple of times but soon lost interest then said she wanted to sell it on Ebay as she couldn't be bothered with it anymore. It was then that I decided to try it out for myself.     I bought my Rio neck Toner a few weeks ago and find it extremely good value for money and a great neck toning device. At 42 my face is now starting to show signs of ageing especially around the neck/chin area so I was happy to find something to firm up the area at such a good price. The Rio neck toner targets 3 areas of the neck by using concuctive gel (which is supplied) and sending pulses onto the area to firm and tone the muscle and skin for just a minute on each area.
