The Slendertone System AbsBelt is a very good device for getting rock hard abs. Not to sound too much like an advert here, I will tell you that the belt itself is very expensive, however if money is of no limit in buying a fitness belt, then this is the 1 to go for. I have tried many others such as the Maximuscle belts which only twitch your muscle fibres and do not actually benefit you in any way what so ever.
