Advantages: Service, Price and variety
Disadvantages: Postage price

I recently ordered 4 books from Amazon. I received 3 of them in the stipulated time of 2 weeks and the other had to be ordered specially came just over week later. The postage is quite expensive but it is reliable and they let you know if things are going to be late. Because of this I recently used another supplier who deliver to Spain with lower postage fees. However they didn't fulfill their promises so I'm coming back to Amazon. I will be back in the UK so will pick up my order from my parents address where I have the goods delivered. I especially like the fact with Amazon you can buy new books from various suppliers at much lower prices. I will certainly be a returning customer. Thanks Amazon! ...
