I've owned a Rio Cali for over a year now and it's still going strong. It's a robust little player which supports both MP3 and WMA as well as incorporating an FM radio and loads of other features such as a useful graphic equalizer, playlist support, shuffle, programme etc... Ok, so it's getting a bit old now, but I'v added a 1gb SD card to mine so it now can hold a good 250-300 tracks, which is enough for most people, and its easy to change the library as it is compatible with Windows Media player and is drag and drop compatible. The sound quality is great and the LCD display is really useful. Battery life is amazing and it is incredibly easy to use.
