Rio Light Mask Migraine Relief

Advantages: very helpful for migraine, PMS and relaxation
Disadvantages: you feel a bit daft wearing it at first

.... Throughout my life I have suffered classic migraine; my warning signs are usually sparkling lights, smelling an odd aroma, dizziness followed by tunnel vision. I used to be able to control it with medication but can no longer take it de to a medical problem and my neurologist suggested I try photic stimulation or trans-cranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). I chose a trial of photic stimulation and borrowed a light box. After using it long enough to find some benefit I decided to buy the mask, after all they are only £40. I initially used it daily and it reduced the incidence of the attacks dramatically and I continued to use it daily for several months. Advantages: clean, no needles, cheap, for home use, easy to use, safe
Disadvantages: can be painful!

.... But still worth a try! *************UPDATE************** On new years eve i found out that a friend of mine uses one of these pens to relieve the pain that she has in her shoulder. She says that it really does provide relief and that she would definately reccomend it for muscular pains. I have also found recently that by stimulating certain acupuncture points on my head and neck i can greatly relieve my migraine pain which is brilliant!... Read review

Advantages: painless ,cost effective
Disadvantages: slow

...The rio scanning lazer does 20 hairs at a time and is perfect for home use . I have been going to a clinic for 1 year having unwanted hair removed ,which was painfull not to mention the cost . The rio is painless,also you have the advantage of zaping the unwanted hair as soon as it comes . You must read the instructions as hair does grow in stages and you need to destroy the root. ,so there is no quick fix . i have been using the rio for upper lip and chin and it does work . However i havent used it on large areas, but i would say it would take a long time .i have recouped the cost of this machine in just a short time . so i would recommend it to all .... Read review
