i bought my rio pmp300 in november 99 , by july 2000, it had broken, the catch that held the battery clip on broke so the battery would only stay in if it was held shut with a pice of selotape, frankly i didnt expect this from a pice of equiptment costing around £150!. after taking it back to the shop i was told that i would have to send it directly to rio, after a good few weeks i got a letter back saying that it couldnt be repaired or replaced!, i was furious!, i had found this to be an amazing machine with a realy nice sound for the sort of music i wished to play on it (metal / grunge / nu-metal). i would have recomended this to anyone but after all the trouble i was caused i would say get a different make, steer clear of rio.
