What an amazing piece of equipment this is, i like most people have short nails, i cant help it, i have tried getting help for it but to no avail, i bite my nails! I bought the Rio UV gel nails kit to try and help me stop with such a discusting habit but found myself just peeling off the nails after a few days anddoing the whole process over again. It takes a while to learn how to prepare your nails and apply the extension tips and smooth them in but once you get the hang of it its fairly easy. The only really hard bit is trying to do the hand you write with! The black light is also quite fun, when you've applied the gel to the nailsand put your hand under the lamp the white parts show up and it makes you look like you've got a radient tan (it did for me anyhow). This lamp comes with 100 nail tips, glue, gel, files, instruction video and instruction booklet.
